【摘要】：在職業(yè)技術(shù)教育中,專業(yè)文化是依附在專業(yè)建設(shè)中的靈魂。行業(yè)精神是行業(yè)文化的精華,它具有行業(yè)性、先進性和時代性等特點,其本質(zhì)是職業(yè)道德,基礎(chǔ)是敬業(yè)精神。在專業(yè)文化中融入行業(yè)精神,是體現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育特色發(fā)展的必由出路。行業(yè)精神在專業(yè)文化中的融入、傳承與發(fā)揚,關(guān)鍵是在專業(yè)建設(shè)中營造文化氛圍,在教學(xué)組織形式、課程等方面實現(xiàn)對接,形成特色專業(yè)文化,建成以品牌專業(yè)、特色專業(yè)建設(shè)為主要抓手的品牌院校,從而實現(xiàn)文化育人使命。
[Abstract]:In vocational and technical education, professional culture is the soul attached to professional construction. Industry spirit is the essence of industry culture. It has the characteristics of industry, advancement and times. Its essence is professional ethics and its foundation is professionalism. Integration of professional spirit in professional culture is a necessary way to reflect the development of vocational education characteristics. The key to the integration, inheritance and development of the industry spirit in the professional culture is to create a cultural atmosphere in the course of professional construction, to achieve the docking in the form of teaching organization and courses, to form a characteristic professional culture, and to build a brand specialty. Characteristic specialty construction as the main brand colleges and universities, so as to achieve the mission of cultural education.
