【摘要】：近年來,隨著現(xiàn)代科技的迅猛發(fā)展,高職院校科研創(chuàng)新團隊建設取得了明顯成效。文章結合筆者所在學校近三年的建設實踐,從優(yōu)化團隊組建模式和運行環(huán)境等方面探索了醫(yī)學高職院�？蒲袆�(chuàng)新團隊建設的新途徑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, the construction of scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results. Based on the construction practice of the author's school in recent three years, this paper explores a new way to build the scientific research innovation team in the medical higher vocational colleges from the aspects of optimizing the mode of team formation and the running environment.
