【摘要】：筆者對(duì)全國(guó)報(bào)關(guān)與國(guó)際貨運(yùn)專業(yè)的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行了廣泛的調(diào)查研究,全面分析了該專業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀與問題原因,進(jìn)而提出提高頂崗實(shí)習(xí)效果的具體對(duì)策,如學(xué)生要做好實(shí)習(xí)前的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備和心理準(zhǔn)備,嚴(yán)格遵守學(xué)校和實(shí)習(xí)企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)管理制度,積極融入企業(yè)文化和各項(xiàng)活動(dòng);企業(yè)要將關(guān)懷和教育工作相結(jié)合,將實(shí)習(xí)和培育人才相結(jié)合,適當(dāng)提高學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)期間薪資標(biāo)準(zhǔn);院校則要加強(qiáng)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)組織管理和學(xué)生思想動(dòng)員工作,實(shí)施頂崗實(shí)習(xí)過程管理和動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控管理,建立頂崗實(shí)習(xí)效果反饋與預(yù)警機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The author has carried on the extensive investigation and research to the national customs declaration and the international freight transportation specialty's post practice situation, has comprehensively analyzed the present situation and the question reason of the specialized post practice, then proposed the concrete countermeasure which enhances the post practice effect, For example, students should make good knowledge reserve and psychological preparation before practice, strictly abide by the various management systems of schools and internship enterprises, actively integrate into corporate culture and activities, and enterprises should combine care and education work, Combining practice with cultivating talents, appropriately raising the salary standard of students during the internship, colleges and universities should strengthen the organizational management and ideological mobilization of the students, and implement the process management and dynamic monitoring management of the on-the-job practice. To establish feedback and early warning mechanism of post practice effect.
