中職學校電子商務專業(yè)實踐課程的有效構建

【摘要】:實踐課程的構建是當前職業(yè)教育的一個熱門話題,職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)目標是培養(yǎng)在生產、建設、管理、服務等一線崗位的應用型中高級技術人才,實踐能力和操作能力是其培訓內容的重要組成。實踐課程在中職學生能力培養(yǎng)中占據重要的地位,在一定意義上可以說,職業(yè)教育實踐課程體系是職業(yè)教育內涵的核心。實踐課程是理論聯系實際、培養(yǎng)中職學生掌握科學方法和提高動手能力的有效途徑,它與理論課程是一個相對應的概念。構建實踐教學體系,要充分體現企業(yè)專業(yè)崗位的真實需求,綜合考慮專業(yè)崗位群的相關關系。但是現在的學生所學的技能與實際就業(yè)所需的技能存在著一定的脫節(jié),我們嘗試探索是否可以通過實踐課程的改革或者教學模式的改革來彌補這一不足,讓學生能面對并處理日新月異的電子商務行業(yè)出現的各種問題而無需企業(yè)進行二次培訓。通過探討中職學校電子商務專業(yè)實踐課程的構建,讓中職學校電子商務專業(yè)學生知識整合和綜合能力的提高,同時實現電子商務專業(yè)教學與就業(yè)崗位的“無縫鏈接”,找出真正適合中職學校電子商務專業(yè)實踐課程構建的有效方法和途徑。本文通過對廣東省120多家企業(yè)、350多名企業(yè)員工、21所家中職院校、1000多名畢業(yè)生和中職電子商務專業(yè)教師等方面開展調研,獲得了大量的一手資料,實證調查后,分析出中職學校電子商務專業(yè)學生職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展路徑,從而總結歸納出電子商務行業(yè)適合中職學生發(fā)展的各個崗位群的特點及能力要求,針對這些崗位群和能力要求,探索中職學校電子商務專業(yè)實踐課程的開發(fā)整體思路應該按照“多行業(yè)”的建設理念,以職業(yè)能力為根,崗位能力為本,產教融合,創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的理念進行開發(fā)。同時構建過程中遵循“五融三導”的實踐教學理念指引,對實踐課程進行優(yōu)化和整合,創(chuàng)建四層實訓臺階,采用多種實踐教學形式,與職業(yè)資格證書結合,采取“課賽融通,課證融合”的理念對實踐課程體系進行構建,以達到建立適合中職學校電子商務專業(yè)發(fā)展的實踐課程體系,培養(yǎng)出既適合中職學校學生能力的水平,又適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,可以達到和市場零距離接軌,適合企業(yè)的真正技能型人才這樣的目的。
[Abstract]:The construction of practical courses is a hot topic in vocational education at present. The goal of vocational education is to train applied and advanced technical personnel in production, construction, management, service and so on. The practice ability and the operation ability are the important constituent of its training content. Practical curriculum plays an important role in the cultivation of vocational students' ability. In a certain sense, the practical curriculum system of vocational education is the core of the connotation of vocational education. Practice course is an effective way to combine theory with practice, train students to master scientific method and improve practical ability. It is a corresponding concept to theoretical course. To construct a practical teaching system, we should fully reflect the real needs of professional posts in enterprises, and consider the related relations of professional post groups. However, there is a certain disconnection between the skills learned by students and the skills needed for actual employment. We try to find out whether we can make up for this deficiency through the reform of the practical curriculum or the reform of the teaching model. To enable students to face and deal with the changing e-commerce industry problems without the need for secondary enterprise training. By discussing the construction of practical course of E-commerce major in secondary vocational school, this paper aims to improve the students' knowledge integration and comprehensive ability, and to realize the "seamless link" between the teaching of E-commerce specialty and the employment position. Find out the effective method and way to construct the practical course of e-commerce major in secondary vocational school. Through the investigation of more than 350 employees of more than 120 enterprises in Guangdong Province, including more than 1000 graduates from 21 secondary vocational schools and teachers majoring in e-commerce in secondary vocational schools, this paper obtains a great deal of first-hand data, and after an empirical investigation, This paper analyzes the career development path of students majoring in electronic commerce in secondary vocational schools, and sums up the characteristics and ability requirements of each post group suitable for the development of secondary vocational school students, aiming at these post groups and ability requirements. In order to explore the development of the practical course of e-commerce major in secondary vocational school, the whole idea should be developed according to the construction idea of "multi-profession", taking the professional ability as the root, the post ability as the base, the integration of industry and teaching, and the idea of pioneering innovation. At the same time, following the guidance of the practice teaching idea of "five melts and three guides", we optimize and integrate the practical courses, create four levels of practical training steps, adopt a variety of practical teaching forms, combine with the professional qualification certificate, and adopt the course competition. The concept of "course card fusion" constructs the practical curriculum system in order to establish a practical curriculum system suitable for the development of electronic commerce major in secondary vocational schools, and to cultivate a level that is not only suitable for the students' ability in secondary vocational schools, but also suitable for the development of enterprises. Can achieve zero distance with the market, suitable for the enterprise's true technical talents such as the purpose.
