高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)教育中存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是高等教育的重要組成部分,為社會提供著高級專業(yè)技術(shù)型人才。而隨著我國各高校招生規(guī)模的擴大,使得高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)逐漸成為社會普遍關(guān)注的問題。目前我國部分高職出現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生難就業(yè)的特殊情況,沒有工作的學(xué)生流入社會,會造成社會的不穩(wěn)定,這就迫切要求高職院校加強和改進就業(yè)教育。 本文首先分析高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)教育的必要性,接著探討我國高職院校就業(yè)教育中存在的問題,然后分析引起高職大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的原因,最后提出了加強和改進高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)教育的策略。文章共分為四個部分。 第一部分,高職院校開展學(xué)生就業(yè)教育的重要意義。本部分分別從學(xué)生、學(xué)校和社會等角度分析開展就業(yè)教育的必要性,認(rèn)為高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)教育有助于促進高職學(xué)生的成長成才；有助于高等職業(yè)教育的改進；有助于適應(yīng)市場和社會的需求。 第二部分,高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)教育中存在的問題。在觀念上較傳統(tǒng),不夠注重職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、素質(zhì)教育和創(chuàng)新教育等；在方式上,忽視專業(yè)實習(xí)、社會實踐和校園文化活動等形式的實踐教育；在教育主體上,就業(yè)教育老師較缺乏,教師的知識水平、實際操作能力和綜合素質(zhì)等方面存在諸多問題。 第三部分,高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)教育問題出現(xiàn)的原因。包括了就業(yè)崗位及其需求快速變化,就業(yè)教育的獨立性和受重視程度不夠,教師的引進、培養(yǎng)和管理體制存在缺陷等方面。 第四部分,加強和改進高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)教育的對策。本部分針對高職院校就業(yè)教育中存在的問題及原因,從三個方面提出了加強和改進就業(yè)教育的對策：加強職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃指導(dǎo),提升學(xué)生找工作的素質(zhì)；加強校企合作、校園文化建設(shè),完善學(xué)生的實習(xí)、實踐活動；加強雙師教師隊伍建設(shè),提高教師的指導(dǎo)水平。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. With the expansion of enrollment scale of colleges and universities in our country, the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges has gradually become a common concern of the society. At present, some higher vocational colleges in our country have the special situation that students are difficult to obtain employment. The students who do not have a job flow into the society, which will cause social instability. Therefore, it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to strengthen and improve the employment education. This paper first analyzes the necessity of employment education for higher vocational college students, and then discusses the problems existing in the employment education of higher vocational colleges in China, and then analyzes the reasons for the employment problems of higher vocational college students. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies to strengthen and improve the employment education of students in higher vocational colleges. The article is divided into four parts. The first part, the important significance of higher vocational colleges to carry out student employment education. This part analyzes the necessity of developing employment education from the angles of students, schools and society respectively, and points out that the employment education of students in higher vocational colleges is helpful to promote the growth and development of higher vocational students, to improve higher vocational education, and to improve the development of higher vocational education. Help to adapt to the needs of the market and society. The second part, the problems existing in the employment education of students in higher vocational colleges. More traditional in concept, less attention to career planning, quality education and innovative education; in the way, ignoring professional practice, social practice and campus cultural activities and other forms of practical education; in the main body of education, There are many problems such as lack of teachers in employment education, teachers' knowledge level, practical operation ability and comprehensive quality. The third part, higher vocational college student employment education question appears the reason. It includes the rapid change of employment post and its demand, the lack of independence and attention of employment education, the introduction of teachers, the defects of training and management system, and so on. The fourth part, strengthens and improves the higher vocational college student employment education countermeasure. Aiming at the problems and reasons in the employment education of higher vocational colleges, this part puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening and improving the employment education from three aspects: strengthening the guidance of career planning, improving the quality of the students' job search, strengthening the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. The construction of campus culture, the perfection of students' practice and practice activities, the strengthening of the construction of teachers' team and the improvement of teachers' guiding level.
