【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)教育體系重要組成部分，，在為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型專門人才方面發(fā)揮著重要作用，思想政治教育是我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育中不可或缺的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)，它在高職院校各項(xiàng)工作中占有重要的位置，而高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作是高職院校大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分，其工作效果是檢驗(yàn)高職學(xué)生思想政治教育工作成功與否的重要指標(biāo)，而現(xiàn)在的高職輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作本身還存在許多不完善的地方。 本研究結(jié)合七年高職輔導(dǎo)員工作經(jīng)歷和掌握的第一手資料，以大連市某職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象，通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談的方法，描述出高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的現(xiàn)狀，找出高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作存在的問題，針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀分析其形成的原因并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策，為完善和改進(jìn)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作提供理論支持。 本研究共分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分主要介紹了本論題提出的背景、目的和意義，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高職輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育的相關(guān)研究做了系統(tǒng)的梳理，找到本研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，提出本研究所采用的研究方法、實(shí)施過程。并對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育和高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育進(jìn)行了概念界定并提出一系列理論依據(jù)。 第二部分針對(duì)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并對(duì)主要問題進(jìn)行分析。調(diào)查的內(nèi)容主要包括:輔導(dǎo)員的基本素質(zhì)；輔導(dǎo)員的工作能力；輔導(dǎo)員的工作內(nèi)容；輔導(dǎo)員的工作方法；輔導(dǎo)員的工作成績(jī)；對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的總體評(píng)價(jià)。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作狀況較好；與此同時(shí)，也存在著許多亟待解決的問題。主要體現(xiàn)在:輔導(dǎo)員自身綜合素質(zhì)有待提高；輔導(dǎo)員角色定位不明確；運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行思想政治教育能力欠缺；對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的考評(píng)機(jī)制不健全。 第三部分針對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果及存在的主要問題，提出改進(jìn)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的四點(diǎn)建議：提高輔導(dǎo)員自身綜合素質(zhì)，增強(qiáng)職場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；明確輔導(dǎo)員職責(zé)，減輕輔導(dǎo)員工作負(fù)擔(dān)；加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)陣地建設(shè)，優(yōu)化輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育途徑；完善輔導(dǎo)員的考評(píng)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of our country's education system. It plays an important role in training high quality and applied professionals in the front line of production, construction, management and service for the country. Ideological and political education is an indispensable part of higher vocational education in our country. It plays an important role in the work of higher vocational colleges. The ideological and political education work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is an important part of ideological and political education for college students, and its work effect is an important index to test the success of ideological and political education for higher vocational students. However, there are still many imperfections in the ideological and political education of higher vocational counselors. Based on the experience and first-hand information of seven years' vocational counselors, this study takes the students of a vocational and technical college in Dalian as the research object, through the method of questionnaire investigation and interview. This paper describes the present situation of the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges, finds out the problems existing in the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the reasons for its formation and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in the light of the present situation. It provides theoretical support for improving the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges. This study is divided into three parts. The first part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of this thesis, and systematically combs the relevant research on ideological and political education of counselors at home and abroad, finds the starting point of this study, and puts forward the research methods adopted in this study. Implementation process It also defines the concept of higher vocational education and ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges and puts forward a series of theoretical bases. The second part investigates the current situation of ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the main problems. The contents of the investigation mainly include: the basic qualities of counselors, the working ability of counselors, the work contents of counselors, the working methods of counselors, the work achievements of counselors, and the overall evaluation of counselors. The results show that the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges is in good condition, and at the same time, there are many problems to be solved. It is mainly reflected in: the comprehensive quality of counselors needs to be improved; the role orientation of counselors is not clear; the ability of ideological and political education using network is lacking; the evaluation mechanism of counselors is not perfect. The third part puts forward four suggestions to improve the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges: to improve the comprehensive quality of counselors, to enhance the competitiveness of the workplace, to clarify the responsibilities of counselors. Lighten the work burden of counselors, strengthen the construction of network position, optimize the ways of ideological and political education of counselors, and perfect the evaluation mechanism of counselors.
