【摘要】：積極探尋五大發(fā)展理念引領(lǐng)下"十三五"時(shí)期我國(guó)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)建的新思維,是挖掘我國(guó)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展新引擎的重要路徑。文章基于我國(guó)中等、高等及本科層次職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)歷程的梳理,剖析當(dāng)前我國(guó)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)過(guò)程中在人才供給側(cè)與需求側(cè)、服務(wù)對(duì)象范圍窄化與全納性、重"引進(jìn)來(lái)"輕"走出去"與國(guó)際化發(fā)展趨向、內(nèi)外部結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與可持續(xù)發(fā)展實(shí)體打造、農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育邊緣化與城鄉(xiāng)職業(yè)教育一體化發(fā)展設(shè)計(jì)這五方面存在的具體矛盾,繼而提出通過(guò)以創(chuàng)新提升發(fā)展品質(zhì)、以協(xié)調(diào)營(yíng)造有序發(fā)展格局、以綠色強(qiáng)化可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力、以開(kāi)放打造國(guó)際職教品牌、以共享實(shí)現(xiàn)包容發(fā)展的策略,為我國(guó)未來(lái)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的構(gòu)建注入新活力。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to excavate the new engine of the development of modern vocational education in China by actively exploring the new thinking of the construction of modern vocational education system under the guidance of the five development ideas during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Based on the analysis of the construction process of vocational education system at middle, higher and undergraduate levels in China, this paper analyzes the talent supply side and demand side in the process of construction of modern vocational education system in our country, and the scope of service objects is narrow and inclusive. The concrete contradictions exist in five aspects, such as the tendency of international development, the present situation of internal and external structure development and the entity of sustainable development, the marginalization of rural vocational education and the integrated development design of urban and rural vocational education. Then it proposes to improve the quality of development through innovation, to coordinate and create an orderly development pattern, to strengthen the ability of sustainable development with green, to open up and build international vocational education brands, and to share strategies to achieve inclusive development. It will inject new vitality into the construction of our country's future modern vocational education system.
