QCHM高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的項(xiàng)目化管理研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目化管理是管理學(xué)在應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的新發(fā)展,已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于高校管理的相關(guān)方面,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目化管理推進(jìn)QCHM高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,可有效促進(jìn)QCHM高職院校綜合改革,提升其辦學(xué)實(shí)力和水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的既定目標(biāo)。論文論述了項(xiàng)目化管理理論,界定了項(xiàng)目、項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目化管理的涵義,分析了項(xiàng)目管理與項(xiàng)目化管理的異同。論文運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目化管理知識(shí),分析了高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展具有“項(xiàng)目特征”的“日常工作”,歸納了發(fā)展目標(biāo)定位、專業(yè)與課程、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)模式、校園文化建設(shè)、院校治理體系建設(shè)等方面的核心要素。論文在分析QCHM高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展項(xiàng)目化管理必要性和可行性基礎(chǔ)上,按照項(xiàng)目化管理計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)控和收尾等工作過程,設(shè)定院校發(fā)展目標(biāo),啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目化管理工作;通過優(yōu)化專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和課程體系、推進(jìn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、開展人才培養(yǎng)模式改革、加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)等工作,探討內(nèi)涵發(fā)展項(xiàng)目化管理的執(zhí)行;以建立健全院校治理體系為重點(diǎn),有效監(jiān)控內(nèi)涵發(fā)展項(xiàng)目化管理全過程;設(shè)定內(nèi)涵發(fā)展考核指標(biāo),完成項(xiàng)目化管理收尾。論文源于QCHM高職院校辦學(xué)實(shí)際,采用案例研究的方式,將項(xiàng)目化管理引入QCHM高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的管理工作,對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)的計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)控和收尾等工作過程進(jìn)行有效的控制,以促進(jìn)QCHM高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的科學(xué)性,也期待對(duì)其他高職院校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展起到促進(jìn)作用和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Project management is a new development of management in the application field, and has been widely used in the related aspects of university management. The application of project management to promote the connotation development of QCHM vocational colleges can effectively promote the comprehensive reform of QCHM vocational colleges. Enhance its strength and level of running schools, achieve the established goal of connotation development. This paper discusses the theory of project management, defines the meaning of project, project management and project management, and analyzes the similarities and differences between project management and project management. Using the knowledge of project management, this paper analyzes the "daily work" of the connotation development of higher vocational colleges with "project characteristics", and sums up the orientation of development objectives, specialty and curriculum, the construction of teachers, the mode of talent training, the construction of campus culture. The core elements of college governance system construction. On the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the project management of the connotation development of QCHM higher vocational colleges, according to the project management plan, execution, monitoring and finishing, the paper sets the development goal and starts the project management. By optimizing the professional structure and curriculum system, promoting the construction of the teaching staff, carrying out the reform of the talent training mode, strengthening the campus culture construction, and so on, the implementation of the intension development project management is discussed, with the emphasis on establishing and perfecting the university governance system. Effectively monitor the whole process of intension development project management, set intension development assessment index and finish project management end. This paper is based on the practice of running a school in QCHM higher vocational colleges. By adopting the method of case study, the project management is introduced into the management of the intension and development of QCHM higher vocational colleges, and the effective control of the working process such as the plan, execution, monitoring and closing of the teaching activities is carried out. In order to promote the scientific nature of the connotation development of QCHM higher vocational colleges, it is also expected to promote the connotation development of other higher vocational colleges and reference value.
