檔案袋評價(jià)在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校辦公應(yīng)用課程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:教育部在針對職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)改革指出了,,創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育評價(jià)考核制度,提高學(xué)生技能水平的基本理念。基于這一理念,職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)評價(jià),不再只是評價(jià)學(xué)生的考試成績,而是要全面提高學(xué)生的技能水平,培養(yǎng)具有實(shí)際操作能力與企業(yè)需求接軌的人才。在新教改的要求下,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化測驗(yàn)作為唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的評價(jià)方式,已經(jīng)不能滿足教學(xué)的需要。作為一種過程性評價(jià)方法,檔案袋評價(jià)具有了特殊的優(yōu)越性。 辦公應(yīng)用,是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校普遍開設(shè)的一門考證課程。強(qiáng)調(diào)處理常用文字、圖表和其他事物信息的能力,注重提高學(xué)生的技能水平。在這門課程中使用檔案袋評價(jià)不僅可以檢查學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況、學(xué)習(xí)方法,還能展現(xiàn)學(xué)生技能水平發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)過程。本研究以中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生為研究對象,通過多種研究方法,探索檔案袋評價(jià)在該門課程中實(shí)施的可行性和有效性。 本文第一部分闡述的是在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校辦公應(yīng)用課程中使用檔案袋評價(jià)的研究背景、意義及采用的研究方法。第二部分介紹的是檔案袋評價(jià)的概念及國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展。第三和第四部分是檔案袋評價(jià)在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校辦公課程中的具體應(yīng)用及結(jié)論。第五和第六部分闡述了本研究的建議及反思。結(jié)果表明,將檔案袋評價(jià)應(yīng)用在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的辦公應(yīng)用課程中是可行的,檔案袋評價(jià)能夠促進(jìn)學(xué)生專業(yè)課程的學(xué)習(xí)和綜合能力的發(fā)展。同時(shí)檔案袋評價(jià)的應(yīng)用也存在著一定的局限性,需要通過理論與實(shí)踐的研究來進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:In view of the teaching reform of vocational education, the Ministry of education points out the basic idea of innovating the evaluation and assessment system of vocational education and improving the students' skill level. Based on this idea, the teaching evaluation of vocational education is not only to evaluate the students' examination results, but to improve the skill level of the students in an all-round way, and to cultivate the practical ability and the enterprise. Under the requirements of the new educational reform, the standard test as the only standard of evaluation has been unable to meet the needs of teaching. As a process evaluation method, the portfolio evaluation has special advantages.
Office application is a general examination course in secondary vocational school. It emphasizes the ability to deal with common words, charts and other information, and pays more attention to improving students' skills. In this course, the use of file bag evaluation can not only check the students' learning situation, study methods, but also show the development of students' skills. This study takes the students of secondary vocational schools as the research object, and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of the portfolio evaluation in the course through a variety of research methods.
The first part of this article describes the research background, significance and research methods used in the office application course of secondary vocational schools. The second part introduces the concept of portfolio evaluation and the progress of research at home and abroad. The third and the fourth part are the details of file bag evaluation in the office course of secondary vocational schools. The application and conclusion. The fifth and sixth parts expounded the suggestion and reflection of this study. The results show that it is feasible to apply the portfolio evaluation to the office application course in secondary vocational schools, and the portfolio evaluation can promote the development of the learning and comprehensive ability of the students' professional courses. Limitations need further improvement through theoretical and practical research.
