【摘要】：職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)是新形勢下職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的一條新的有效路徑，它符合科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的基本要求和職業(yè)教育發(fā)展規(guī)律，對促進職業(yè)教育規(guī)�；�、集約化、連鎖化發(fā)展，提高技能型人才素質(zhì)有著重要意義。湖北作為職教大省，如何在職業(yè)教育發(fā)展瓶頸時期走出一條新路，使全省職業(yè)教育由量的積累向質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變飛躍，關(guān)鍵在于如何更好的進行職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)。 文章引言部分說明了問題的提出、研究的目的和意義、研究的思路及方法，在研究綜述中對職業(yè)教育集團概念及特征、職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)類型、辦學(xué)模式、運行機制、政策支持這方面的研究都做出了詳細說明，找出不足，為進一步深入的研究找準(zhǔn)方向。同時，對湖北省進行職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)的相關(guān)背景，，必要性和可行性進行了具體分析，對湖北省進行職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)實踐做出了充分肯定。 文章在對湖北省目前職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)實踐的具體情況進行充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，對湖北省職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)的成立進程、組建主體、組建模式、參與單位情況進行具體分析，結(jié)合各個職教集團辦學(xué)具體情況，總結(jié)出了湖北省職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)取得的初步成效，促進了區(qū)域職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展；促進了行業(yè)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展；拓寬了職教經(jīng)費來源，降低了職教辦學(xué)成本；深化了校企合作，提高了人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量；完善了職教辦學(xué)體系，加深了職教服務(wù)能力。同時對在辦學(xué)過程中存在的問題進行分析并提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議，指出湖北職業(yè)教育集團化辦學(xué)存在相關(guān)指導(dǎo)政策可操作性不強；缺乏高效的運行機制；中高職發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)；校企合作，困難重重；行業(yè)覆蓋面狹窄這些問題，并提出了加大資金投入，細化相關(guān)政策措施；強化集團管理，建立高效運行機制；完善職教體系，促進中高職協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；多渠道，多手段促進校企深度合作；統(tǒng)籌職教發(fā)展，擴大職教集團行業(yè)覆蓋面這些相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The group running of vocational education is a new effective way for the development of vocational education under the new situation. It accords with the basic requirements of the scientific concept of development and the rules of the development of vocational education. It can promote the development of vocational education on a large scale, intensive and chain. It is of great significance to improve the quality of skilled talents. As a major province of vocational education, how to take a new road in the bottleneck period of vocational education development in Hubei Province, make the vocational education of the whole province change from the accumulation of quantity to the change of quality. The key lies in how to better carry on the vocational education collectivization school. The introduction of the article explains the problems, the purpose and significance of the research, the ideas and methods of the research, the concept and characteristics of the vocational education group, the types, the mode and the operating mechanism of the vocational education group. The research on policy support has all made a detailed explanation, found out the insufficiency, found out the correct direction for further research. At the same time, has carried on the concrete analysis to the Hubei Province carrying on the vocational education collectivization school related background, the necessity and the feasibility has carried on the concrete analysis. The practice of vocational education collectivization in Hubei Province has been fully affirmed. On the basis of the investigation of the practice of vocational education collectivization in Hubei province, this paper makes a thorough investigation of the process, subject and mode of establishing vocational education collectivization in Hubei province. By analyzing the situation of participating units and combining with the specific conditions of running schools of each vocational education group, this paper summarizes the preliminary results of the collectivization of vocational education in Hubei Province, and promotes the development of regional vocational education. It promotes the development of vocational education in the industry, widens the sources of funding for vocational education, reduces the cost of running vocational education, deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improves the quality of personnel training, and perfects the system of running schools for vocational education. At the same time, it analyzes the problems existing in the process of running a school and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and points out that there is not strong operability of relevant guiding policies in Hubei vocational education collectivization. Lack of efficient operation mechanism; uncoordinated development of middle and higher vocational schools; cooperation between schools and enterprises, difficulties; narrow coverage of the industry, and proposed to increase investment, refine relevant policies and measures, strengthen group management, establish efficient operation mechanism; To improve the vocational education system and promote the coordinated development of higher vocational education; multi-channel, multi-means to promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises; to coordinate the development of vocational education, to expand the coverage of vocational education groups these corresponding suggestions.
