【摘要】：當前,我國高職教育幾乎占據了高等教育的半壁江山,在高等教育乃至經濟社會發(fā)展中起著十分重要的作用。但是,我國目前實行的仍然是分別與本科教育、碩士研究生教育和博士研究生教育相對應的學士、碩士、博士三級學位制度,而作為高等教育重要組成部分的高職教育學位制度空缺。這種現象已經引起了社會的廣泛關注,不僅學者發(fā)出了呼聲,全國人大代表和政協委員也發(fā)出了呼聲,部分高職院校已經自行采取了"自授學位"的行動。特別是國務院提出要"研究建立符合職業(yè)教育特點的學位制度"以后,設立高職教育學位已經成了不可回避的問題。國內需求和國外經驗充分證明了我國設立高職教育學位勢在必行,刻不容緩,這是建立我國現代職業(yè)教育體系、促進高職教育持久健康發(fā)展的緊迫需要。
[Abstract]:At present, higher vocational education in our country accounts for almost half of higher education and plays a very important role in higher education and even economic and social development. The degree system of bachelor, master and doctor corresponding to master's degree education and doctoral graduate education, but the vacancy of higher vocational education degree system, which is an important part of higher education. This phenomenon has caused widespread concern in the society. Not only did the scholars make the call, but the NPC deputies and CPPCC members also issued the voice. Some higher vocational colleges have already taken the action of "self-awarding degrees" on their own. In particular, after the State Council has proposed to "study the establishment of a degree system that conforms to the characteristics of vocational education," The establishment of higher vocational education degree has become an unavoidable problem. The domestic demand and foreign experience fully prove that it is imperative and urgent to establish higher vocational education degree in our country, which is to establish the modern vocational education system of our country. The urgent need to promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education.
