【摘要】：澳大利亞職業(yè)教育取得了世界公認(rèn)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),其能力本位的職業(yè)教育教師培訓(xùn)體系更是特色鮮明。澳大利亞職業(yè)教育之所以可以保持較高的質(zhì)量和聲譽(yù),與澳大利亞統(tǒng)一的資格框架體系、科學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、嚴(yán)格的評(píng)價(jià)體系及規(guī)范的教師體系培養(yǎng)密不可分。本文通過分析澳大利亞能力本位職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)體系,提煉出職業(yè)教育提質(zhì)增效發(fā)展所需要的制度性要素、基礎(chǔ)性要素、保障性要素和條件性要素,指明我國(guó)職業(yè)教育制度建設(shè)的方向,為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量提升戰(zhàn)略提供啟示。
[Abstract]:The Australian vocational education has obtained the world recognized successful experience, its ability standard vocational education teacher training system is more distinctive, the Australian vocational education can maintain the high quality and the reputation, It is closely related to Australia's unified qualification framework system, scientific standard system, strict evaluation system and standardized teacher training system. This paper abstracts the institutional elements, basic elements, supportability factors and conditional elements of the development of vocational education, and points out the direction of the construction of vocational education system in our country. It provides enlightenment for the strategy of improving the quality of modern vocational education in our country.
