望都縣職教中心職高生自信心現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家大力推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,不僅高等職業(yè)教育大力發(fā)展,中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的步伐也在加快。中等職業(yè)教育擔(dān)負(fù)著為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人才的重要任務(wù)。中等職業(yè)教育的一個(gè)不容忽視的問(wèn)題是學(xué)生嚴(yán)重缺乏自信心,,尤其是職高生,它不僅阻礙了中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,而且制約著中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,影響著未來(lái)勞動(dòng)者的素質(zhì)。 本文在研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)職高生自信心研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以望都縣職教中心的職高生為研究對(duì)象,采用自編的“職高生自信心現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查表”,對(duì)250名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)一些學(xué)生進(jìn)行了訪(fǎng)談,通過(guò)調(diào)查與訪(fǎng)談,發(fā)現(xiàn)職高生缺乏自信心的現(xiàn)象非常普遍,涉及學(xué)生、學(xué)校、教師等諸多方面的因素。如何提升職高生的自信心?本文從學(xué)校管理、教師、學(xué)生自身方面考慮,并找出解決問(wèn)題的方法,從而提升職高生的自信心。學(xué)校要大力進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)、課程設(shè)置改革,設(shè)置有地方特色的專(zhuān)業(yè),增加實(shí)踐課的課時(shí)比例,推進(jìn)校本教材,評(píng)價(jià)方法和考試形式的多樣化,優(yōu)化校園環(huán)境管理等;教師素質(zhì)一定要提高,教師要以激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新思維為目標(biāo),結(jié)合職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)來(lái)改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法,建立和諧的師生關(guān)系等,這些都是提升職高生自信心的有效策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of vocational education, not only the higher vocational education, but also the higher vocational education, The development of secondary vocational education is also speeding up. Secondary vocational education is charged with the important task of training professional and technical talents for the society. A problem that can not be ignored in secondary vocational education is the serious lack of self-confidence among students, especially the vocational high school students. It not only hinders the improvement of teaching quality of secondary vocational education, but also restricts the development of secondary vocational education and affects the quality of workers in the future. On the basis of studying the research results of the self-confidence of vocational high school students at home and abroad, this paper takes the vocational high school students in Wangdu County Vocational Education Center as the research object, and adopts the self-compiled questionnaire of "the status quo of Vocational High School students' self-confidence" to carry on the questionnaire survey to 250 students. And some students were interviewed, through investigation and interviews, we found that the phenomenon of lack of self-confidence is very common, involving students, schools, teachers and many other factors. How to improve the self-confidence of vocational high school students? This article considers from the school management, the teacher, the student oneself aspect, and finds the solution to the problem, thus enhances the vocational high school student's self-confidence. The school must carry on the profession vigorously, the curriculum design reform, the establishment has the local characteristic specialty, Increase the class hours of practical courses, promote the diversification of school-based teaching materials, evaluation methods and examination forms, optimize the management of campus environment, etc. The quality of teachers must be improved, teachers should stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' comprehensive quality. Innovative thinking as the goal, combining with the characteristics of vocational school students to improve teaching methods, establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, these are effective strategies to enhance the self-confidence of vocational high school students.
