【摘要】：開展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是我國促進校企深度合作的一項重大舉措。試點中,由于企業(yè)的逐利性、缺乏職業(yè)教育話語權(quán)和法律法規(guī)及制度缺失等原因,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的責(zé)任缺失�，F(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制下,企業(yè)作為培養(yǎng)主體之一應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的職業(yè)教育責(zé)任。通過制訂和完善相應(yīng)法律法規(guī),為企業(yè)提供財政支持,賦予企業(yè)合理的職業(yè)教育權(quán)利并通過企業(yè)自身加強履責(zé)能力等措施,有利于促進企業(yè)職業(yè)教育責(zé)任的落實。
[Abstract]:The development of modern apprenticeship system is an important measure to promote the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country. In the pilot project, due to the profit-driven nature of the enterprises, the lack of the right to speak in vocational education, the lack of laws and regulations, and the lack of systems, etc. Under the modern apprenticeship system, the enterprise, as one of the training subjects, should bear the corresponding responsibility of vocational education. By making and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, it can provide financial support for the enterprise. It is helpful to promote the implementation of the responsibility of vocational education in enterprises by giving them reasonable rights of vocational education and by strengthening their ability to carry out their duties.
