【摘要】：就業(yè)不僅是民生之本，更是安國之策。高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)是貫徹科學發(fā)展觀、構建和諧社會，服務“三農”和推進社會主義新農村建設的必然要求，是滿足農業(yè)產業(yè)化和小城鎮(zhèn)建設對人才需要的重要舉措，更是高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)揮服務社會功能，參與社會主義新農村建設的重要途徑。因此，高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)問題研究有著十分重要的意義。但是高職高專畢業(yè)生就業(yè)不僅是一個社會問題，更是一個政策問題。本文試圖通過收集、分析大量相關的數(shù)據(jù)資料，從影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)因素和就業(yè)扶持政策入手，總體上了解高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)意愿，把握高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)的制約因素，探討高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)扶持政策建議。促進高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)政策支持的研究，對于解決高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)難題，優(yōu)化農村就業(yè)結構，促進新農村長期穩(wěn)定與和諧發(fā)展具有重大的理論和實踐意義。 經(jīng)過調查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，，影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)因素主要包括個人因素、家庭因素、就業(yè)環(huán)境因素等幾個方面，并提出了政府宏觀調控、提升學生農村策略，提高學生農村就業(yè)能力和建立就業(yè)信息機制等畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)的策略，同時結合高職學生農村就業(yè)意愿及需求的調查，提出了政府要繼續(xù)發(fā)揮宏觀調控的功能，創(chuàng)造良好的農村就業(yè)環(huán)境，積極引導、鼓勵高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)，實施特事、特區(qū)、特辦，完善高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)的保障機制，同時，高校也要深化內部管理制度改革，增強高職高專畢業(yè)生農村就業(yè)的適應力等。
[Abstract]:Employment is not only the foundation of people's livelihood, but also the policy of Anguo. The rural employment of vocational college graduates is the inevitable requirement of carrying out the scientific development view, building a harmonious society, serving the "three rural areas" and promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside. It is an important measure to meet the needs of talents in the industrialization of agriculture and the construction of small towns. It is also an important way for higher vocational education to serve the society and participate in the construction of a new socialist countryside. It is of great significance to study the rural employment of vocational college graduates. However, the employment of vocational college graduates is not only a social problem, but also a policy issue. This paper attempts to collect and analyze a large number of relevant data. Starting with the factors affecting the employment of graduates and the employment support policies, the author, on the whole, understands the rural employment intention of the graduates of higher vocational and technical colleges, and grasps the restrictive factors of the rural employment of graduates of higher vocational and technical colleges. This paper probes into the policy suggestions of rural employment support for the graduates of higher vocational and technical colleges, and studies the policy support of promoting the rural employment policy for the graduates of higher vocational and technical colleges, in order to solve the problem of rural employment and optimize the structure of rural employment. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the long-term stability and harmonious development of new countryside. Through the investigation and research, it is found that the factors influencing the graduates' employment mainly include personal factors, family factors, employment environment factors, and so on. It also puts forward the government's macro-control to promote the students' rural strategy. The strategies of improving students' rural employment ability and setting up employment information mechanism for graduates in rural areas, and combining with the investigation of rural employment intention and demand of vocational college students, put forward that the government should continue to exert the function of macro-control. Create a good rural employment environment, actively guide, encourage the rural employment of vocational college graduates, implement special affairs, special zones, special offices, perfect the guarantee mechanism for the rural employment of vocational and technical college graduates, at the same time, Colleges and universities should also deepen the reform of internal management system and enhance the adaptability of vocational college graduates in rural employment.
