【摘要】：適應區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展的實用型、技術型、生產型高職師資隊伍是高職院校培養(yǎng)服務于生產、建設、管理等領域的理實一體化高技術應用型人才的關鍵。教師數(shù)量的短缺、結構的不合理以及專業(yè)能力的不足制約著粵北山區(qū)高職師資隊伍的建設與發(fā)展�？冃Э己梭w系的構建、薪酬管理體制的完善、師資培訓模式的創(chuàng)新是加強高職院校師資隊伍建設,促進粵北山區(qū)經濟發(fā)展的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The practical, technical and productive teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities are the key to train the high technology applied talents in the fields of production, construction, management and so on, and the shortage of the number of teachers is the key to meet the needs of the development of regional economy. The unreasonable structure and the lack of professional ability restrict the construction and development of the teaching staff, the construction of the performance appraisal system and the perfection of the salary management system. The innovation of teacher training mode is an important way to strengthen the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the economic development of northern Guangdong mountain area.
