【摘要】：摘要：隨著我國(guó)高校后勤改革不斷深入,實(shí)現(xiàn)了后勤實(shí)體與學(xué)校行政管理剝離,逐步建立大后勤體制。高校的后勤工作對(duì)確保學(xué)校教學(xué)、科研、生活正常進(jìn)行具有非常重要的作用,高校后勤社會(huì)化改革在一定程度上影響我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)改革能否繼續(xù)快速、健康、平穩(wěn)地發(fā)展。 本文以四川財(cái)經(jīng)職業(yè)學(xué)院后勤服務(wù)中心為例,首先分析了我國(guó)高校后勤社會(huì)化的過(guò)程和主要模式,然后,介紹了四川財(cái)經(jīng)職業(yè)學(xué)院后勤服務(wù)中心管理模式,同時(shí)運(yùn)用SW0T矩陣原理分析了該后勤服務(wù)中心面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅,最后,借鑒華中科技大學(xué)的管理模式,根據(jù)四川財(cái)經(jīng)職業(yè)學(xué)院后勤服務(wù)中心具體情況,提出了完善管理模式的方案和具體措施。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the deepening of logistics reform in colleges and universities in China, the logistics entities have been separated from the school administration, and the large logistics system has been gradually established. The logistics work in colleges and universities can ensure the teaching and scientific research of the schools. Normal life has a very important role. To some extent, the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities will affect the rapid, healthy and steady development of the reform of higher education in China. Taking the logistics service center of Sichuan Institute of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper first analyzes the process and main mode of logistics socialization in colleges and universities in China, and then introduces the management mode of logistics service center of Sichuan Finance and Economics Vocational College. At the same time, using the SW0T matrix theory to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the logistics service center, finally, learn from the management model of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. According to the concrete situation of the logistics service center of Sichuan Finance and Economics Vocational College, this paper puts forward the scheme and concrete measures to perfect the management mode.
