項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法在技工院!毒W(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)與制作》課程中的探索與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:大力發(fā)展技工教育、加快培養(yǎng)一流技工,是加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然要求,是貫徹落實(shí)人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、加快技能人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要任務(wù),是實(shí)施擴(kuò)大就業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、解決就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾的重要舉措,是推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展、加快工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的有效手段。近幾年來(lái),我國(guó)的技工教育得到了空前的發(fā)展,得到了國(guó)家及各級(jí)政府的高度重視和大力扶持。但是,由于高中、高校的擴(kuò)招,技工學(xué)校生源的數(shù)量及質(zhì)量總體呈下降趨勢(shì),這是一個(gè)不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí),特別是傳統(tǒng)的技工教育以教師為主體的教學(xué)模式、學(xué)科本位的課程及教材體系嚴(yán)重制約著技工學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。而項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法能有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)由教師為中心向以學(xué)生為中心;由課本為中心向以項(xiàng)目為中心;由課堂為中心向以實(shí)踐為中心的三個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變。充分體現(xiàn)“以服務(wù)為宗旨,以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向”的技工教育辦學(xué)理念,采用項(xiàng)目教學(xué)“教—學(xué)—做”一體化教學(xué)法對(duì)提高技工學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,值得技工職業(yè)教育者研究與探索。 本論文針對(duì)技工學(xué)校的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于構(gòu)建了項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法在技工學(xué)!毒W(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)與制作》教學(xué)過(guò)程中課程設(shè)計(jì)及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施,為技工學(xué)校實(shí)施項(xiàng)目教學(xué)提供了可操作性方案,并制定了項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系來(lái)綜合評(píng)價(jià)教學(xué)實(shí)踐效果,為技工學(xué)校計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用專(zhuān)業(yè)教師實(shí)施項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法提供了參考與借鑒,并為編寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法校本教材積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)和資料,更好地為技工教育服務(wù)。 本論文的基本思路是通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料研究技工學(xué)校發(fā)展的背景、現(xiàn)狀,分析技工教育教學(xué)改革面臨的突出問(wèn)題和矛盾,引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法教學(xué)改革。按項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法的實(shí)施要求出發(fā),制定科學(xué)規(guī)范的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,從而得出項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法在技工學(xué)校教學(xué)改革中客觀的評(píng)價(jià),為技工學(xué)校拓展項(xiàng)目教學(xué)法的課程改革提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Vigorously develop vocational education, cultivate first-class technicians, accelerate the transformation of economic development, the inevitable requirement to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the implementation of talent strategy, an important task to speed up the construction of personnel skills, is the implementation of the development strategy of expanding employment, an important measure to solve the employment structural contradictions, is to promote urban and rural development, effective means to accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization. In recent years, the vocational education of our country has been an unprecedented development, the state and governments at all levels attach great importance to and vigorously support. However, due to the high school, college enrollment, the quantity and quality of technical school students showed an overall downward trend, this is an indisputable the fact that, especially with the teacher as the main teaching mode of traditional vocational education, curriculum and teaching material system of discipline standard restricts technical school training goals. The project teaching method can effectively realize from teacher centered to student-centered; from textbooks as the center to the project as the center; from the classroom into three shift center to practice as the center. Fully embodies the "service for the purpose, take the employment as the guidance" the mechanic education concept, to have the important practical significance to improve the quality of personnel training in technical schools adopting project teaching "teaching learning doing" integrated teaching method, is worthy of research and exploration of mechanic occupation education.
The innovation in technical schools is the construction project design and implementation of the project teaching method of the course webpage design and making "in the process of teaching in technical schools", provides a practical scheme for the implementation of the project teaching technical schools, and to develop a system of project teaching quality evaluation to evaluate the effect of teaching practice, provide a reference computer application and reference for the professional teachers in technical schools implementing project teaching method, and teaching method of school-based teaching materials for the preparation of project experience and data, better technical education services.
The basic idea of this thesis is through literature research technical school development background, status quo, analysis of teaching reform of technical education facing prominent problems and contradictions, the teaching method of teaching reform project. According to the introduction of the implementation of the project teaching method, develop the quality evaluation system of scientific and standardized, so as to obtain an objective evaluation of teaching in technical school the reform of the project teaching method, and provides reference for technical school expansion project teaching method of curriculum reform.
