【摘要】:某高職院校傳統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理模式不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)需要。對(duì)當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)上實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查后,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些管理系統(tǒng)都有局限性,也不適合某高職院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室情況。針對(duì)此院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理所面對(duì)的問(wèn)題,試開(kāi)發(fā)出一套軟硬件相結(jié)合的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)。這套管理系統(tǒng)可以提高實(shí)驗(yàn)教師工作效率,減少教師工作量;實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室無(wú)紙化記錄;增強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全性降低維護(hù)的難度。 論文分析了當(dāng)前實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的背景資源條件。系統(tǒng)利用已有技術(shù),如:非接觸式IC卡技術(shù)、智能門禁技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、電子信息技術(shù)、模塊化編程和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息管理技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的某高職院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)包括一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理總系統(tǒng)和若干個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理子系統(tǒng)。其中,每個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理子系統(tǒng)主要由上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)構(gòu)成。 系統(tǒng)下位機(jī)主要功能實(shí)現(xiàn):通過(guò)單片機(jī)結(jié)合傳感器檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員的流動(dòng);通過(guò)單片機(jī)控制繼電器與學(xué)校原有紅外監(jiān)視安保系統(tǒng)相關(guān)聯(lián),以更好的保障設(shè)備安全問(wèn)題;用單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)用電安全提醒功能(即鎖門時(shí)提醒是否斷掉電源總開(kāi)關(guān)功能)。 系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)主要功能:實(shí)現(xiàn)同下位機(jī)和讀卡器的通信及控制;利用VB與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)了教師權(quán)限管理、學(xué)生基本信息采集管理、學(xué)生考勤管理、實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器實(shí)驗(yàn)狀況記錄、實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的數(shù)據(jù)管理和各類實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)評(píng)估用的綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表功能,并且在上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)學(xué)生基本信息中包含了照片,這樣防止了冒名頂替現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。另,VB和Excel結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)了把學(xué)生考勤成績(jī)、實(shí)驗(yàn)成績(jī)和總成績(jī),以Excel格式導(dǎo)出功能。 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)注重此高職院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室具體使用情況,成功整合了門禁系統(tǒng),學(xué)生信息處理系統(tǒng);創(chuàng)新性地解決了高職院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室在同學(xué)期多個(gè)教師使用一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室時(shí)難協(xié)調(diào)管理的問(wèn)題。設(shè)計(jì)完成的系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的測(cè)試可以滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)運(yùn)用。 論文對(duì)教學(xué)體制改革和提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室利用率,建設(shè)科學(xué)完善實(shí)驗(yàn)室的體系起到參考作用,同時(shí)可促進(jìn)高職院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的個(gè)性化,人性化、信息化、智能化、高效化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The traditional laboratory management mode in a vocational college can not meet the needs of the current experimental teaching. After investigating the current situation of the laboratory management system in the market, it is found that these management systems have limitations. It is also not suitable for the laboratory situation of a vocational college. Aiming at the problems faced by the laboratory management in this college. A laboratory management system combining software and hardware is developed. This management system can improve the working efficiency of the laboratory teachers and reduce the workload of the teachers. Realizing the paperless record in the laboratory; Enhance laboratory safety and reduce the difficulty of maintenance. The paper analyzes the current situation of the laboratory management system and the background resource conditions of the system development. The system uses the existing technologies, such as: contactless IC card technology, intelligent access control technology, sensor technology. Electronic information technology, modular programming and database information management technology are designed. The laboratory management system designed in this paper includes a general laboratory management system and several laboratory management subsystems. The main functions of the system are realized: the flow of personnel in the laboratory is detected by a single chip computer combined with a sensor; The relay is connected with the original infrared surveillance and security system of the school, so as to ensure the safety of the equipment better. Using single-chip computer to realize power safety warning function (that is, when locking the door to remind whether the power supply switch function. " The main functions of the system are as follows: to realize the communication and control between the lower computer and the card reader; Using VB and database to realize the management of teachers' rights, students' basic information collection and management, students' attendance management, and the record of laboratory instruments' experimental status. The experiment project data management and all kinds of experimental teaching evaluation comprehensive statistical report function, and in the upper computer system students basic information including photos, so as to prevent the occurrence of impostor phenomenon. VB and Excel are combined to realize the function of students' attendance scores, experimental results and total scores. The function is derived from Excel format. The system design pays attention to the concrete use of the laboratory in this higher vocational college, and successfully integrates the entrance control system and the student information processing system. It solves the problem that it is difficult to coordinate the management of many teachers in the laboratory of higher vocational colleges when they use one laboratory. The system designed and completed can meet the needs of experimental teaching after a semester's test. The paper plays a reference role in the reform of teaching system and the improvement of laboratory utilization rate, and the construction of scientific and perfect laboratory system. At the same time, it can promote the individualization, humanization, information and intelligence of laboratory management in higher vocational colleges. High efficiency development.
