【摘要】：高校的使命是為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才,包括一大批對促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與科技轉(zhuǎn)化起重要作用的企業(yè)家和廠長經(jīng)理。隨著我國高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,畢業(yè)生人數(shù)不斷增加,高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題也成為高等教育發(fā)展中的一個重要問題。在大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)市場中,高職院校畢業(yè)生由于學(xué)歷層次比較低,處于不利地位。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是處于教育實(shí)踐探索和教育理論研究的嶄新領(lǐng)域。高職院校通過加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,使大學(xué)生走上自主創(chuàng)業(yè)之路,不僅可以有效緩解當(dāng)前面臨的大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題,而且對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展也具有重要意義。但目前的高職院校存在對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育認(rèn)識不夠、投入不足、經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏、課程設(shè)置不合理,以及創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教材缺乏,教學(xué)形式陳舊、單一,創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐不足等問題。究其原因主要是高職院校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的時(shí)間不長,對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重要性認(rèn)識不到位,現(xiàn)行教學(xué)管理制度阻礙了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育資金投入不足等。因此,高職院校必須樹立全新的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念,完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)體系,營造良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的環(huán)境和氛圍,加大對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的資金投入,以培養(yǎng)出適合我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)所需的創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)人才
[Abstract]:The mission of colleges and universities is to train high-quality talents for national economic construction, including a large number of entrepreneurs and factory managers who play an important role in promoting economic development and scientific and technological transformation. With the development of higher vocational education in China. With the increasing number of graduates, the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue in the development of higher education. In the employment market of college graduates, the level of academic qualifications of graduates in higher vocational colleges is relatively low. Entrepreneurship education is a new field of educational practice exploration and educational theory research. Higher vocational colleges strengthen entrepreneurship education to enable students to take the road of independent entrepreneurship. It not only can effectively alleviate the current employment difficulties faced by college students, but also has an important significance to the economic and social development of our country. However, the current higher vocational colleges do not have enough understanding of entrepreneurship education and insufficient investment. Lack of experience, unreasonable curriculum, lack of teaching materials, teaching form old, single, entrepreneurial practice and other problems. The main reason is that the time of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is not long. The importance of entrepreneurship education is not in place, the current teaching management system hinders the development of entrepreneurship education, the lack of investment in entrepreneurship education, etc. Therefore, higher vocational colleges must establish a new concept of entrepreneurship education. Improve the teaching system of entrepreneurship education, create a good environment and atmosphere of entrepreneurship education, increase the investment in entrepreneurship education, in order to cultivate the innovation that is suitable for the economic construction of our country.
