【摘要】：隨著工學結合、頂崗實習人才培養(yǎng)模式的逐步推進和校企合作的進一步深入,國家對職業(yè)院校學生實習安全工作日益重視。本文通過對高職院校學生頂崗實習權益保護現狀開展調研,并對數據進行分析,發(fā)現高職生在頂崗實習中存在著對頂崗實習認識不全面、學校的法律教育和實習培訓管理不到位、企業(yè)用人與管理不規(guī)范等問題。建議盡快出臺《職業(yè)院校學生頂崗實習管理規(guī)定》和勞動基準制度,加快建立系統完善的頂崗實習管理機制,保障高職院校學生頂崗實習工作順利高效地進行。
[Abstract]:With the further development of work study combination, post practice talents training mode and school enterprise cooperation, the state attaches importance to the practice safety work of vocational college students. Based on the practice status of Vocational College Students' rights protection to carry out research and analysis of the data, found that students in internships there is not comprehensive, the law school education and training management, enterprise personnel and management irregularities and other issues of working practice. It is suggested that "Regulations on post practice management of Vocational College Students" and labor benchmarking system should be issued as soon as possible, so as to accelerate the establishment of a systematic and perfect post practice management mechanism, and ensure that vocational college students practice internships smoothly and efficiently.
