【摘要】：本文簡(jiǎn)要記載美國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育在改革大環(huán)境中對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理人員專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)的需要,以皮博迪學(xué)院教育博士學(xué)位的定位框架和規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為例,在治學(xué)宗旨、辦學(xué)對(duì)象、教學(xué)方式等方面綜述當(dāng)前美國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)教育博士的定位和改良的探討,為中國(guó)高校探索教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位的設(shè)置和發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly records the need for professional training of leading managers in the reform environment of American basic education. Taking Peabody College as an example, the positioning framework and standard of doctoral degree in education are taken as an example, and the purpose and object of running a school are also discussed. This paper summarizes the current American academic research on the orientation and improvement of education doctorate, which provides a reference for the establishment and development of educational leadership and management major degree in Chinese colleges and universities.
