【摘要】：日內(nèi)瓦大學是一所高度國際化的大學,其博士生培養(yǎng)過程管理制度堅持傳承與創(chuàng)新相結合,以應對全球化、市場競爭與知識經(jīng)濟對博士學歷人才的新挑戰(zhàn)與新要求。本文以日內(nèi)瓦大學博士生培養(yǎng)過程的組織與管理為例,集中探討其內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保障體系的基本特征:國際視野、開放合作的培養(yǎng)方針,重心下移、院系主導的過程管理,以期能為我國的博士生教育提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:University of Geneva is a highly international university, its doctoral training process management system insists on the combination of inheritance and innovation in order to meet the new challenges and requirements of globalization, market competition and knowledge economy to doctoral talents. Taking the organization and management of the doctoral training process of the University of Geneva as an example, this paper focuses on the basic characteristics of its internal quality assurance system: international perspective, open cooperative cultivation policy, the shift of center of gravity, the process management dominated by faculties and departments. In order to provide a useful reference for the doctoral education in China.
