【摘要】：本調(diào)查分析報告主要以中國藝術(shù)研究院、北京舞蹈學(xué)院、中央民族大學(xué)等五所高校的舞蹈學(xué)研究生為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查的形式對其教育質(zhì)量進行分析。研究結(jié)果表明,中國舞蹈學(xué)研究生在招生錄取、學(xué)習(xí)培養(yǎng)、就業(yè)等方面存在一些問題,如招生考試制度不合理、培養(yǎng)模式有缺陷、課程設(shè)置不完善、培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)松散等等。為此本文提出以下應(yīng)對措施:改革研究生的招生考試制度、調(diào)節(jié)舞蹈學(xué)研究生的培養(yǎng)模式、優(yōu)化課程設(shè)置、推行雙導(dǎo)師或?qū)熤笇?dǎo)小組制度、嚴格執(zhí)行培養(yǎng)方案、改革經(jīng)費管理辦法、加大研究生教育和高�？蒲械耐度肓Χ取⒁龑�(dǎo)研究生樹立正確的就業(yè)觀等,以求通過這一系列措施來提高我國舞蹈學(xué)研究生教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This investigation and analysis report mainly takes the graduate students of dance science in five universities such as the Chinese Academy of Art, Beijing Dance Academy and Central University for nationalities as the research objects, and analyzes their educational quality through the form of questionnaire.The results show that there are some problems in admission, study and employment of Chinese dance graduate students, such as unreasonable enrollment examination system, defective training model, imperfect curriculum setup, loose training links, etc.For this reason, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: reforming the graduate student enrollment examination system, adjusting the training mode of the graduate student in dance, optimizing the curriculum setting, carrying out the system of double tutor or tutor guiding group, carrying out the training plan strictly.In order to improve the quality of dance graduate education in China, we should reform the methods of fund management, increase the investment of postgraduate education and scientific research in colleges and universities, and guide graduate students to set up a correct view of employment, and so on, in order to improve the quality of graduate education in dance science in China.
