【摘要】： 研究生是大學培養(yǎng)的高層次科技人才,是大學為提高國家在經(jīng)濟和科技全球化趨勢下的競爭力而為社會儲備和輸送的資源。近年來我國的研究生教育規(guī)模不斷擴大,接受研究生教育的人數(shù)年增長率已居于世界領先位置,入校研究生未有工作經(jīng)歷、平均年齡降低的趨勢顯著,培養(yǎng)比例逐漸增加的研究生群體成為國家創(chuàng)新工程建設的中間力量,也是高校重要的教育內(nèi)容。激發(fā)、培育、提升研究生的創(chuàng)新能力體現(xiàn)成為高層次教育成就的核心內(nèi)容。 本文將碩士研究生的創(chuàng)新人格作為一個整體系統(tǒng)進行研究,認知、動機、情緒情感成為研究生創(chuàng)新人格整體系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)在核心組成維度,不同的心理維度對應著主體各異的外部表現(xiàn)特征,分別是創(chuàng)新能力、創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新精神。綜合文獻資料、調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)以及觀察和訪談獲得的信息,客觀分析碩士研究生創(chuàng)新人格發(fā)展的影響因素,統(tǒng)籌校內(nèi)及校外的教育資源,探討研究生創(chuàng)新人格培育的路徑,提出相關對策和建議,幫助高校教育者更好地把握高層次人才在創(chuàng)新實踐上的內(nèi)在心理機制和特點,提高高校服務現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的水平和質(zhì)量,給碩士研究生教育創(chuàng)新提供理論和實踐指導,為社會培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)新人才,加快我國建設創(chuàng)新型國家的步伐。
[Abstract]:Graduate students are high-level scientific and technological talents trained in universities. Universities are the resources for social reserve and transportation in order to improve the competitiveness of the country under the trend of economic and technological globalization. In recent years, the scale of graduate education in China has been expanding. The annual growth rate of the number of postgraduates has been the leading in the world. The graduate students have no work experience and the trend of average age decrease is significant. Gradually increasing the proportion of graduate students has become the national innovation project construction of the intermediate force, but also an important content of education in colleges and universities to stimulate, cultivate. Improving the innovative ability of graduate students has become the core content of high-level educational achievement. In this paper, the innovative personality of graduate students as a whole system of research, cognition, motivation, emotion and emotion become the internal core dimensions of the overall system of innovative personality of graduate students. Different psychological dimensions correspond to different external characteristics of the subject, which are innovation ability, innovation consciousness, innovation spirit, comprehensive literature, survey data and information obtained from observation and interview. This paper objectively analyzes the influencing factors of the development of innovative personality of postgraduates, coordinates the educational resources in and out of school, probes into the path of cultivating innovative personality of postgraduates, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. To help college educators better grasp the inner psychological mechanism and characteristics of high-level talents in the practice of innovation, and improve the level and quality of colleges and universities to serve the development of modern society. To provide theoretical and practical guidance for postgraduate education innovation, to train outstanding innovative talents for the society, and to accelerate the pace of building an innovative country in China.
