【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的重要目標(biāo)，而高校后勤社會(huì)化改革是計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)诟咝：笄陬I(lǐng)域的具體體現(xiàn)，高校附屬幼兒園管理體制改革，是高校后勤改革的一個(gè)組成部分；因此對(duì)于高校附屬幼兒園來(lái)說(shuō)，這既是一種機(jī)遇，又是一種挑戰(zhàn)，希望與困難并存。那么在新的形勢(shì)下，上海高校附屬幼兒園如何才能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的需要，在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存、發(fā)展和壯大，使其既能主動(dòng)適應(yīng)和服務(wù)于社會(huì)，又能保持持續(xù)發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì)，這將是我們面臨的重大的問(wèn)題。 本研究通過(guò)對(duì)上海市僅剩的9所高校附屬幼兒園發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行調(diào)查，探討了上海高校附屬幼兒園面臨的問(wèn)題，并提出了對(duì)策與建議。 全文共分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分：緒論 第二部分：上海市高校附屬幼兒園發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀 第三部分：上海市高校附屬幼兒園面臨的問(wèn)題及分析 第四部分：上海高校附屬幼兒園發(fā)展的對(duì)策及建議 最后是結(jié)束語(yǔ) 本研究采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法。一方面通過(guò)量的研究取得直觀的數(shù)據(jù)支持，再結(jié)合質(zhì)的研究獲得更深層的資料。調(diào)查使用工具為高校附屬幼兒園發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。從當(dāng)前上海高校附屬幼兒園面臨的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深層次的分析，提出了對(duì)策及建議。以上研究結(jié)果，不僅為上海高校附屬幼兒園的改革提供了有益幫助，對(duì)其他幼兒教育機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展和改革也會(huì)有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The realization of socialist market economy is an important goal of economic system reform in our country, and the socialization reform of logistics in colleges and universities is the concrete embodiment of the transformation from planned economy to socialist market economy in the field of logistics in colleges and universities. The reform of the management system of the affiliated kindergartens is an integral part of the reform of the logistics of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is both an opportunity and a challenge for the affiliated kindergartens. Well, under the new situation, how can Shanghai's affiliated kindergartens adapt to the needs of the market economy, survive, develop and expand in the market competition, so that they can not only actively adapt and serve the society, but also maintain the situation of sustained development? This will be a major problem for us. Based on the investigation of the development of the 9 affiliated kindergartens in Shanghai, this study discusses the problems faced by the kindergartens attached to Shanghai's colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction the second part: the current situation of the development of Shanghai affiliated kindergartens Part three: problems and Analysis of affiliated kindergartens in Shanghai Colleges and Universities part IV: countermeasures and suggestions for the Development of affiliated kindergartens in Shanghai Colleges and Universities Finally, the conclusion study adopts the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. On the one hand, the research of throughput can obtain intuitive data support, and then combine with qualitative research to obtain deeper data. The questionnaire was used to investigate the status quo of kindergartens attached to colleges and universities. This paper makes a deep analysis of the problems faced by the kindergartens affiliated to Shanghai's colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The above results not only provide beneficial help for the reform of kindergartens affiliated to Shanghai universities, but also have some reference value for the development and reform of other institutions of preschool education.
