【摘要】：美國(guó)"以實(shí)踐為取向"的學(xué)前教育師資培養(yǎng)模式強(qiáng)調(diào)理論與實(shí)踐的融合,教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)貫穿教師教育課程學(xué)習(xí)的全部中心環(huán)節(jié)。課程設(shè)置以發(fā)展職前教師的實(shí)踐能力為核心,課程設(shè)計(jì)將理論知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)與田野實(shí)踐有機(jī)整合,課程教學(xué)與幼兒園緊密合作,融入體驗(yàn)式學(xué)習(xí)和探究型學(xué)習(xí)的教學(xué)理念,課程評(píng)價(jià)則重視職前教師在幼兒園的實(shí)踐操作能力。這種師資培養(yǎng)模式為我國(guó)學(xué)前教師教育課程改革提供了有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The "practice-oriented" pre-school teacher training model in the United States emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, and educational practice activities run through all the central links of teachers' educational curriculum learning. Curriculum design is based on the development of pre-service teachers' practical ability. Curriculum design integrates theoretical knowledge learning with field practice, curriculum teaching works closely with kindergarten, and integrates the teaching idea of experiential learning and inquiry learning. Curriculum evaluation emphasizes the practical operation ability of pre-service teachers in kindergarten. This kind of teacher training mode provides a useful reference for the reform of preschool teacher education curriculum in China.
