高職學前專業(yè)教師職業(yè)實踐能力的現(xiàn)狀分析

【摘要】:高職院校學前教育專業(yè)教師職業(yè)實踐能力對于教師自身專業(yè)化發(fā)展、對于人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,對于學校長遠發(fā)展都起著重要作用。在對高職院校學前教育專業(yè)教師職業(yè)實踐能力概念界定的基礎上,提出了目前高職院校學前教育專業(yè)教師職業(yè)實踐能力方面存在的問題,并分析了其產(chǎn)生的原因。
[Abstract]:The professional practice ability of teachers majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in the professional development of teachers themselves, the quality of personnel training and the long-term development of the school. On the basis of defining the concept of professional practice ability of teachers majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the professional practical ability of teachers majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the reasons for their emergence.
