【摘要】：目的研究旨在比較核心動(dòng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)教學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)體育活動(dòng)教學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)前兒童大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展水平的差異,為幼兒園、家庭與社會(huì)對(duì)促進(jìn)學(xué)前兒童動(dòng)作發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)策略。方法通過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法,將120名受試兒童隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組進(jìn)行動(dòng)作教學(xué)干預(yù),對(duì)照組進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容干預(yù)。結(jié)果 (1)動(dòng)作教學(xué)干預(yù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組受試兒童大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展水平總分、移動(dòng)性技能得分、操作性技能得分較實(shí)驗(yàn)前測(cè)均顯著提高(P0.01),實(shí)驗(yàn)組各年齡段單項(xiàng)動(dòng)作技能得分都有明顯提高,提高幅度較均衡。(2)經(jīng)獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展水平實(shí)驗(yàn)前測(cè)無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)后測(cè),實(shí)驗(yàn)組大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展總體水平顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01),其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組比對(duì)照組操作性技能的提高幅度更為顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論以動(dòng)作體系為依據(jù)的教學(xué)能夠有效地提高學(xué)前兒童大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展水平;動(dòng)作教學(xué)對(duì)促進(jìn)學(xué)前兒童大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展的效果明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)體育教學(xué);大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展測(cè)試第3版(TGMD-3)在研究中表現(xiàn)出較好的信效度。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the differences between core action experience teaching and traditional physical activity teaching on the development of large muscle movements of preschool children, and to provide guidance strategies for kindergarten, family and society to promote the development of preschool children's movements. Methods 120 children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for action teaching intervention, while the control group for traditional physical education content intervention. Results (1) after the intervention of action teaching, the total score of the development level of large muscle movement and the score of mobile skills of the children in the experimental group were analyzed. The scores of operational skills were significantly higher than those of pre-test (P0.01). The scores of individual motor skills in each age group in the experimental group were significantly improved and the range of improvement was more balanced. (2) after independent sample t-test, There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group (P0.05). After the experiment, the overall level of large muscle movement development in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.01), and the improvement of the operational skills in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the teaching based on the movement system can effectively improve the development level of large muscle movements of preschool children, and the effect of action teaching on promoting the development of large muscle movements of preschool children is obviously better than that of traditional physical education. Large muscle movement development test version 3 (TGMD-3) showed good reliability and validity in the study.
