優(yōu)秀園長專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素研究
[Abstract]:As the leader of kindergarten, the head of kindergarten is the soul of a kindergarten and the key factor to decide the quality of kindergarten education and even the development of kindergarten. However, because of the low requirement of professional qualification and the restriction of kindergarten teachers' background or sent directly by the higher administrative department, many garden directors' actual ability and quality are not enough to do the management work. To a certain extent, this restricts the development of the head of the profession, but also affects kindergarten science, quality development. In order to be better qualified for kindergarten management, the professional development of the head of the kindergarten needs to be very strong, hoping to improve his professional level through his continuous efforts. Of course, there is no lack of outstanding group, their own professional development experience has a strong representative, can provide reference for the professional development of the vast number of garden directors. The head of the garden is a profession and should be a profession. Based on the theory of principal professional development, teacher professional development and the professional development of the chief of the garden, the author chooses the individual angle of the director to elaborate, and thinks that the professional development of the chief of the garden is the inherent professional structure of the chief of the garden constantly renewed and evolved. The process of enrichment and perfection is the process of continuous development and improvement of the individual specialty of the head of the garden. The chief professional development can be divided into four stages: pre-service preparation, adaptability, competence and maturity. This study focuses on the outstanding director of the garden, using the quantitative and qualitative research methods, the specific use of literature, questionnaires and interviews to carry out the research. Through the questionnaire survey of 62 outstanding garden directors to obtain the quantitative data, the general conclusions are analyzed and summarized, and 5 of them are selected to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews, so as to obtain the real ideas and experiences in the course of the professional development of the directors. Comprehensive analysis and in-depth exploration of the internal and external factors affecting its professional development, obtained real and vivid quality data. It is found that among the factors that influence the professional development of the outstanding teachers, the internal factors are more important than the external factors, and the professional development of the outstanding directors is the result of the interaction of internal and external factors. Among the internal factors, the educational belief of the head of the garden plays a leading role in all the influencing factors. It is the deep factor of the professional development of the director of the garden, learning and reflection, personal ability, self-development needs and consciousness. The professional attitude and motivation have great influence on the professional development of the head of the garden. Among the external factors, the environment of kindergarten is the micro-environment of the professional development of the head of the garden, and it is the most closely related external factor with the personal professional development of the head of the garden. At the same time, the attitude and behavior of the superior departments and leaders, and the autonomy of running the garden also have a great influence on the professional development of the head of the garden. Based on the above conclusions, the author probes into the strategies of promoting the professional development of the head of the garden from the internal and external dimensions. First, the head of the garden should give play to the consciousness of the subject and promote independent development. The head of the garden should set up the garden by adhering to the educational belief, constantly study and reflect, enhance the consciousness and ability of professional independent development, and further correct the professional attitude and motivation of the director to promote his own development. Second, optimize the external environment and provide the conditions for the professional development of the director. The administrative department of higher education should promote the professional development of the chief of the garden from three aspects: strengthening the construction of the chief's team, establishing and perfecting the corresponding management system of the chief of the garden, and conferring the full professional autonomy on the director of the garden.
