新教師發(fā)展的“四步驟”策略及其價值——以小班科學(xué)活動“水”的教研過程為例

【摘要】:在反思傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試對新入職教師聽評課教研方式進(jìn)行重建,通過反復(fù)觀課、深度訪談、反思研究、示范指導(dǎo),引領(lǐng)新教師不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,改進(jìn)教學(xué),進(jìn)而提煉,形成范式。實(shí)踐表明",四步驟"教研策略是一種行之有效的教研方式,充分關(guān)注了新教師的知識結(jié)構(gòu),有的放矢地開展了針對性指導(dǎo),讓她們釋放出更多的熱情和潛能,從而使其專業(yè)發(fā)展邁上新的臺階。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reflecting on the traditional teaching guidance, this paper attempts to reconstruct the teaching and research methods of new teachers' listening and evaluating courses, and through repeated observation, in-depth interviews, reflective research, demonstration guidance, leads new teachers to constantly discover problems and improve teaching. Then refine, form the paradigm. Practice shows that the "four-step" teaching and research strategy is an effective teaching and research method, which pays full attention to the knowledge structure of new teachers, provides targeted guidance, and allows them to release more enthusiasm and potential. So that its professional development to a new level.
