【摘要】：目的:了解綿陽(yáng)市5歲兒童患齲情況及家長(zhǎng)口腔衛(wèi)生知識(shí)和行為。方法:參考《第三次全國(guó)口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查方案》的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用多階段分層隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對(duì)5歲兒童和家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行兒童齲齒的流行情況調(diào)查和家長(zhǎng)口腔衛(wèi)生知識(shí)和行為的調(diào)查。結(jié)果:綿陽(yáng)市5歲兒童乳牙患齲率為54.9%,城、鄉(xiāng)患齲率分別為51.4%和57.8%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=3.07,P0.05),男女患齲率分別為55.5%和54.2%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.12,P0.05),大多數(shù)家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)識(shí)到兒童口腔健康的重要性,但基本口腔衛(wèi)生知識(shí)缺乏。結(jié)論:綿陽(yáng)市5歲兒童患齲率高,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)兒童家長(zhǎng)口腔健康教育和干預(yù)措施,有助于提高兒童口腔健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of dental caries and oral hygiene knowledge and behavior of 5-year-old children in Mianyang. Methods: referring to the standard of the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey, the method of multi-stage stratified random sampling was used. The prevalence of dental caries and oral hygiene knowledge and behavior of 5-year-old children and their parents were investigated. Results: the caries rate of primary teeth of 5-year-old children in Mianyang was 54.9%, 51.4% and 57.8% in urban and rural areas, respectively. There was no significant difference in caries rate between male and female (55.5% and 54.2%, 蠂 20.12P0.05). Most parents recognized the importance of oral health in children. But basic oral hygiene knowledge is lacking. Conclusion: the prevalence of dental caries in children aged 5 years old in Mianyang is high. The oral health education and intervention measures should be strengthened to improve the oral health level of children.
