【摘要】：在重視培養(yǎng)合作能力的時代,幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動作為一種新的區(qū)域活動形式,受到世界幼教同行的關注。幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動是有利于兒童個性和社會性發(fā)展的一種區(qū)域活動形式,是幼兒個體發(fā)展的需要,又是與時代特征相吻合課題研究。目前,由于開展混齡區(qū)域活動對幼兒的主動參與、環(huán)境的設置、教師的指導等等提出了更高的要求,因此在我國尚未普及,理論研究方面還是十分的欠缺,開展幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動管理研究成為必然的趨勢。 全文共分為四個部分： 第一部分：緒論,主要對研究的背景與意義,國內外研究現狀、研究方法、研究思路等總概性的內容進行介紹。 第二部分：幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動管理的概念和理論基礎,探討其給予幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動管理的啟示;。 第三部分,幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動現狀與分析。在活動環(huán)境設置方面表現為活動材料投放不合理；在活動開展方面具體表現為：幼兒按年齡聚集活動,活動開展形式單一,幼兒問題行為多；在教師管理方面具體表現為：教師管理技巧缺乏,對幼兒不熟悉和對活動系統目標不了解等。 第四部分,幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動管理策略。在幼兒園層面主要包括：創(chuàng)設科學互動區(qū)域環(huán)境,開展形式多樣的幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動,建立完善的活動規(guī)則制度,完善教師培訓體系,構建管理共同體,建立活動的評價機制；在教師層面主要包括,轉變教師管理觀念,培養(yǎng)健康的幼兒混齡區(qū)域活動管理行為。
[Abstract]:As a new form of regional activities, children's mixed age regional activities have attracted the attention of their counterparts in the world. The regional activities of children with mixed age is a kind of regional activity which is beneficial to the development of children's personality and sociality. It is the need of the individual development of young children, and it is also the subject of research in accordance with the characteristics of the times. At present, due to the active participation of children, the setting of environment, the guidance of teachers and so on, the regional activities of mixed age have put forward higher requirements, so they have not been popularized in our country, and the theoretical research is still very deficient. It is an inevitable trend to study the regional activity management of children's mixed age. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction, mainly to the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, research ideas and other general content. The second part: the concept and theoretical basis of regional activity management for children with mixed age, and discusses its inspiration to the regional activity management of children with mixed age. The third part, the current situation and analysis of children's mixed age regional activities. In the aspect of setting up the activity environment, it is shown that the activity material is not reasonable, and the concrete manifestation in the activity development is: the children gather according to the age, the activity form is single, the child's problem behavior is many; In the aspect of teacher management, teachers lack management skills, are not familiar with children, and do not understand the goals of activity system. The fourth part, the children mixed age area activity management strategy. At the kindergarten level, it mainly includes: creating scientific and interactive regional environment, carrying out various regional activities of mixed age of young children, establishing perfect system of activity rules, perfecting teacher training system, constructing management community and establishing evaluation mechanism of activities; At the teacher level, it mainly includes changing teachers' management concept and cultivating healthy regional activity management behavior of children at mixed ages.
