關(guān)于中職學前教育專業(yè)學生職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育的思考

【摘要】:中職學前教育專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生,是當前幼教師資(尤其是農(nóng)村、民辦幼兒園師資)的主力軍,在推動幼教事業(yè)的發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。但由于中職學校生源的特殊性以及學生的職業(yè)認同感低等主客觀原因,學生的職業(yè)素質(zhì)令人擔憂。中職生職業(yè)的"低素質(zhì)"不符合社會的"高要求",提高中職生的職業(yè)素質(zhì)已成為當務之急。結(jié)合本地區(qū)的實際情況,提出通過嘗試延長在校學習時間,重視師資專業(yè)化培養(yǎng)以及加強就業(yè)指導等多種措施,以提高學生職業(yè)素質(zhì),保證人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Graduates majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools are the main force of preschool education teachers (especially teachers in rural areas and private kindergartens) and play an important role in promoting the development of preschool education. However, because of the particularity of students' source and the subjective and objective reasons of students' low professional identity, the students' professional quality is worrying. The "low quality" of vocational students in secondary vocational schools does not meet the "high requirements" of society. It is urgent to improve the professional quality of secondary vocational students. According to the actual situation in this area, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the students' professional quality and ensure the quality of talents training by trying to prolong the study time in school, pay attention to the professional training of teachers and strengthen the guidance of employment.
