【摘要】：為了滿足撒哈拉以南非洲對學前教育能力建設的需求,世界銀行發(fā)起并資助了撒哈拉以南非洲兒童早期發(fā)展虛擬大學項目。該項目主要是由撒哈拉以南非洲試點國家選取學員送至兒童早期發(fā)展虛擬大學,進行全方位多途徑的遠程學習。該項目對畢業(yè)生、參與國、非洲地區(qū)和國際社會都有一定影響。它在能力建設的理念、國際資源的利用、國際項目的本土化、遠程教育方式的運用等方面較具代表性。
[Abstract]:To meet the need for capacity-building for preschool education in sub-Saharan Africa, the World Bank initiated and funded the Virtual University for early Childhood Development in sub-Saharan Africa. The project is mainly selected from sub-Saharan Africa pilot countries to send students to the Virtual University of early Childhood Development for a full range of distance learning. The program has implications for graduates, participating countries, the African region and the international community. It is representative in the concept of capacity building, the utilization of international resources, the localization of international projects and the use of distance education.
