【摘要】：目的:了解城、鄉(xiāng)3～4歲兒童早期兒童齲(early childhood caries,ECC)的流行情況及相關(guān)因素。方法:采用隨機(jī)、整群抽樣的方法,對長春市區(qū)和遼源市東豐縣886名3～4歲兒童進(jìn)行口腔健康檢查,并對受檢兒童家長進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析調(diào)查結(jié)果。結(jié)果:乳牙患齲率和齲均分別為61.29%、2.69,患齲率和齲均在城鄉(xiāng)、性別間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。含奶瓶睡覺習(xí)慣、進(jìn)食甜飲料頻率、開始刷牙年齡、定期口腔健康檢查、家長對口腔知識認(rèn)知度與ECC相關(guān)。結(jié)論:長春市和東豐縣3～4歲兒童患齲率較高,應(yīng)加大口腔宣教力度和范圍,增強(qiáng)家長的保健意識,控制、減少ECC的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence and related factors of early childhood caries (Ecc) in children aged 3 to 4 years old in urban and rural areas. Methods: 886 children aged 3 to 4 years old in Changchun district and Dongfeng county of Liaoyuan city were examined by random cluster sampling. The parents of tested children were investigated by questionnaire and the results of statistical analysis were analyzed. Results: the incidence of caries and caries of deciduous teeth were 61.29 and 2.69, respectively. The incidence of caries and caries were found in urban and rural areas, and there was no significant difference between sexes (P 0.05). The sleeping habits of bottle, the frequency of consumption of sweet drinks, the age of brushing teeth, the regular oral health examination, the degree of parents' knowledge about oral cavity are related to ECC. Conclusion: the prevalence of caries in children aged 3 to 4 years in Changchun and Dongfeng is high. Oral education should be strengthened, parents' health awareness should be strengthened, and the incidence of ECC should be reduced.
