【摘要】：在當(dāng)前學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量提升的全球化追求之背景下,基于質(zhì)量監(jiān)測的視角加強(qiáng)早期兒童學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展的評估已受到空前關(guān)注。美國的早期兒童評價(jià)方案體現(xiàn)了其較為突出的特點(diǎn),即評價(jià)目的聚焦于促進(jìn)兒童發(fā)展、推動(dòng)政策制定;評價(jià)內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)多元化,同時(shí)關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果和能力導(dǎo)向;評價(jià)工具顯現(xiàn)以觀察評定量表和敘事性評價(jià)相結(jié)合;評價(jià)系統(tǒng)組織彰顯出評價(jià)主體多元參與、共同協(xié)商,評價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)全面公開的特點(diǎn)。它對于思考和構(gòu)建我國學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)測體系、完善質(zhì)量監(jiān)測內(nèi)容指標(biāo)、建設(shè)多元化評估工具等帶來了重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the globalization of the quality improvement of preschool education, the evaluation of early childhood learning and development based on quality monitoring has been paid more and more attention.The early Childhood Evaluation Program in the United States embodies its outstanding characteristics, that is, the purpose of evaluation is focused on promoting children's development and policy making, while the content of evaluation is diversified, and attention is paid to learning results and ability orientation.The evaluation tools show the combination of observation rating scale and narrative evaluation, and the organization of evaluation system shows the characteristics of multiple participation of evaluation subjects, joint consultation, and comprehensive disclosure of evaluation data.It brings important enlightenment to thinking and constructing the quality monitoring system of preschool education in our country, perfecting the content index of quality monitoring and constructing diversified evaluation tools.
