杭州市學校食品衛(wèi)生安全現(xiàn)狀
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of school food safety in Hangzhou and to provide the basis for the establishment of school food hygiene management. Methods A cluster stratified sampling method was used to investigate 1 050 colleges, middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens in Hangzhou. Results 82.76% of the schools carried out the principal responsibility system, 68.95% of the schools formulated food poisoning prevention and control measures, 81.26% of the school canteens held hygiene permits, and 74.95% of the food warehouses of the school canteens met the hygienic requirements. 66.50% of school food stores had food claim system, and the qualified rate of bacterial index of self-provided water in rural schools was 55.6%. The comprehensive situation of food safety in colleges and universities is superior to that in primary and secondary schools and nursery institutions. Conclusion the management organization of some schools and the emergency measures of public health emergency have not been put in place, the food and raw materials are not strictly checked, and there is a phenomenon of production and management without hygiene license.
