自我調(diào)節(jié):從基本理論到應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:自我調(diào)節(jié)影響到個(gè)體身體、心理健康,教育、社會(huì)成就等多方面心理行為結(jié)果。自我調(diào)節(jié)存在多種定義,以兩種取向?yàn)橹?在過(guò)程上以自我監(jiān)測(cè)與自我控制為核心。自我調(diào)節(jié)是具有生理基礎(chǔ)的有限資源,前額葉是其最重要的神經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu),并以自上而下的方式對(duì)皮層下組織進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。在教育、工業(yè)/組織以及健康心理學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究較為廣泛。未來(lái)研究中,自我調(diào)節(jié)的綜合分析以及各領(lǐng)域間的交流合作需要加強(qiáng),自我調(diào)節(jié)的能量模型需要進(jìn)一步完善,中國(guó)本土研究以及跨文化研究需要增多。
[Abstract]:Self-regulation affects individual body, mental health, education, social achievement and many other psychological and behavioral outcomes. There are many definitions of self-regulation, mainly in two orientations, with self-monitoring and self-control as the core in the process. Self-regulation is a limited resource with physiological basis, prefrontal lobe is the most important neural structure, and subcortical tissue is regulated in a top-down manner. It is widely used in education, industry / organization and health psychology. In the future research, the comprehensive analysis of self-regulation and communication and cooperation among various fields need to be strengthened, the energy model of self-regulation needs to be further improved, and the study of Chinese native and cross-cultural research needs to be increased.
