【摘要】：本研究以西安地區(qū)高校大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)分析、深入訪談、問卷調(diào)查、因素分析、定性與定量研究相結(jié)合等研究方法,對(duì)大學(xué)生在線交流現(xiàn)狀和在線交流心理需求滿足特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了描述和探索,旨在揭示大學(xué)生在線交流心理,描述大學(xué)生在線交流特點(diǎn),以期為相應(yīng)教育提供理論依據(jù)。 本研究遵循“理論分析—研制工具—調(diào)查研究—結(jié)果分析”的思路,在已有文獻(xiàn)分析和問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了大學(xué)生在線交流的定義和內(nèi)涵,編制了“大學(xué)生在線交流問卷”,通過探索性因素分析和驗(yàn)證性因素分析,探索了大學(xué)生在線交流的構(gòu)成要素,考察了大學(xué)生在線交流現(xiàn)狀和在線交流心理需求滿足特點(diǎn)。 綜合本研究結(jié)果,得出以下結(jié)論： 1、本研究編制的“大學(xué)生在線交流問卷”符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)要求,具有良好的信效度,可以作為測(cè)量大學(xué)生在線交流的工具。 2、大學(xué)生在線交流心理需求滿足包括六個(gè)方面,分別為自我提升、人際交往、成就感、休閑娛樂、角色扮演和自主性需求滿足。 3、整體上,大學(xué)生在在線交流現(xiàn)狀上存在顯著的性別、年級(jí)、專業(yè)類型和城鄉(xiāng)差異。具體表現(xiàn)為：女生在線交流強(qiáng)度和喜好度顯著高于男生,男生的在線交流方式顯著多于女生；大四學(xué)生在線交流強(qiáng)度頻率和強(qiáng)度顯著高于其他年級(jí),大一、大二學(xué)生其次,大三學(xué)生最低；理科專業(yè)大學(xué)生在線交流頻率、強(qiáng)度、廣度、重要度和影響度上顯著高于文科專業(yè)大學(xué)生；農(nóng)村大學(xué)生在線交流頻率、強(qiáng)度和滿意度上顯著高于城市大學(xué)生。 4、整體上,大學(xué)生在在線交流心理需求滿足各個(gè)維度上存在顯著的性別、年級(jí)、專業(yè)類型和城鄉(xiāng)差異。具體表現(xiàn)為：男生在在線交流自我提升和成就感需求滿足上顯著高于女生,而女生在人際交往需求滿足上顯著高于男生；大四學(xué)生在在線交流心理需求滿足上顯著高于其他年級(jí)學(xué)生,大二、大一學(xué)生其次,大三學(xué)生最低；理科大學(xué)生在在線交流心理需求滿足上顯著高于文科大學(xué)生；農(nóng)村大學(xué)生在在線交流心理需求滿足上顯著高于城市大學(xué)生。 5、在線交流現(xiàn)狀和在線交流心理需求滿足特點(diǎn)之間存在顯著的正相關(guān)。在線交流的廣度和深度能顯著預(yù)測(cè)在線交流心理需求滿足情況,而在線交流心理需求滿足情況能顯著預(yù)測(cè)在線交流態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:This research takes the university students in Xi'an area as the research object, adopts the literature analysis, the in-depth interview, the questionnaire survey, the factor analysis, the qualitative and the quantitative research and so on research method. This paper describes and explores the present situation of college students' online communication and the characteristics of their psychological needs, in order to reveal the college students' online communication psychology and describe the characteristics of college students' online communication, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the corresponding education. This study follows the idea of "theoretical analysis-development tool-investigation and research-result analysis". Based on the existing literature analysis and questionnaire survey, it defines the definition and connotation of college students' online communication. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, this paper explores the constituent elements of college students' online communication, and investigates the present situation of college students' online communication and the characteristics of satisfying the psychological needs of online communication. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The online communication questionnaire of college students compiled by this study meets the requirements of psychometrics and has a good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool for measuring online communication of college students. 2. The satisfaction of college students' psychological needs for online communication includes six aspects, which are self-improvement, interpersonal communication, sense of achievement, leisure and entertainment, role-playing and autonomy. 3. On the whole, there are significant gender, grade, major types and urban and rural differences in online communication among college students. The results showed that the intensity and preference of online communication of female students were significantly higher than that of boys, and that of male students was significantly higher than that of female students. The frequency and intensity of online communication intensity of senior students were significantly higher than those of other grades, the freshmen, sophomores and junior students were the second and the third students were the lowest. The frequency, intensity, breadth, importance and influence of online communication of science majors were significantly higher than those of liberal arts majors, while rural college students' online communication frequency, intensity and satisfaction were significantly higher than those of urban college students. 4. On the whole, there are significant differences in gender, grade, specialty type and urban and rural areas in the online communication psychological needs of college students. The specific manifestations are as follows: male students are significantly higher than girls in online communication self-promotion and satisfaction of sense of achievement, while female students are significantly higher than boys in the satisfaction of interpersonal communication needs; The satisfaction of online communication psychological needs of senior students is significantly higher than that of other grade students, sophomore, freshman, junior, science students are significantly higher than liberal arts students in online communication psychological needs satisfaction; Rural college students in the online communication psychological needs were significantly higher than urban college students. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between the present situation of online communication and the satisfaction of psychological needs of online communication. The breadth and depth of online communication can significantly predict the satisfaction of online communication psychological needs, and online communication psychological needs can significantly predict online communication attitude.
