小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教學(xué)機(jī)智的敘事探究

【摘要】:要想成為一名優(yōu)秀的教師,必須具備一定的教學(xué)機(jī)智。在教學(xué)過程中,教師所面對的對象是處于發(fā)展中的學(xué)生,不同的教學(xué)情境下會生成隨機(jī)的教學(xué)資源,具有教學(xué)機(jī)智的教師能更好的利用這些教學(xué)資源,全面掌控課堂,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,達(dá)到良好的教學(xué)效果。從情感上講,每位教師都希望在自己的教學(xué)過程中表現(xiàn)出相應(yīng)的教學(xué)機(jī)智,讓學(xué)生在知識、思維、情感等方面有所發(fā)展。本文運(yùn)用敘事研究的方法,選擇同一所小學(xué)的兩位數(shù)學(xué)教師作為研究對象,通過課堂觀察和深度訪談的方式,對教學(xué)機(jī)智在課堂上的發(fā)生進(jìn)行深入研究。本文亦從教師專業(yè)成長的角度對教學(xué)機(jī)智的發(fā)生和呈現(xiàn)提出如下建議:第一、主動捕捉學(xué)生問題,理解學(xué)生想法,堅持課后反思;第二、順應(yīng)學(xué)生思維,多層面、多角度回應(yīng)學(xué)生問題;第三、加強(qiáng)對課堂教學(xué)中典型案例的分類、研究與梳理。本文通過對小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教學(xué)機(jī)智的研究,期望能促使教師主動提高專業(yè)素養(yǎng),為促進(jìn)教師教學(xué)機(jī)智的生成提供有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to be an excellent teacher, you must have certain teaching tact. In the process of teaching, teachers face students in the process of development. Random teaching resources will be generated in different teaching situations. Teachers with teaching tact can make better use of these teaching resources, control the classroom in an all-round way, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, and achieve good teaching results. Emotionally speaking, every teacher hopes to show the corresponding teaching tact in his own teaching process, so that students can develop in knowledge, thinking, emotion and so on. By using the method of narrative research, this paper selects two mathematics teachers from the same primary school as the research object, and makes a deep study on the occurrence of teaching tact in the classroom through classroom observation and in-depth interview. This paper also puts forward the following suggestions on the occurrence and presentation of teaching tact from the perspective of teachers' professional growth: first, take the initiative to capture students' problems, understand students' ideas and persist in after-class reflection; second, adapt to students' thinking, multi-level, multi-angle response to students' problems; third, strengthen the classification, research and combing of typical cases in classroom teaching. Through the study of the teaching tact of primary school mathematics teachers, this paper hopes to promote teachers to improve their professional literacy and provide useful enlightenment for promoting the generation of teachers' teaching tact.
