【摘要】：正秦末,劉邦攻取咸陽,與城中百姓約法三章——?dú)⑷苏咚?傷人及盜抵罪,從而盡得咸陽人心,狂賺民意,進(jìn)而王天下。筆者上學(xué)期也與學(xué)生約法三章,不料想竟開創(chuàng)和諧課堂,班風(fēng)積極向上,班級面貌煥然一新,一學(xué)年下來,班級成績也如芝麻開花節(jié)節(jié)高。以前我總以為班風(fēng)虛無縹緲,是一些名師故弄玄虛、故顯高深而已;也曾一廂情愿地認(rèn)為只要用愛心、耐心、恒心治理班級,學(xué)生定能投桃報(bào)李,學(xué)生也不負(fù)我苦口婆
