短式網(wǎng)球趣味教學(xué)改善小學(xué)生心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:新課標(biāo)明確指出:《體育與健康課程》應(yīng)堅(jiān)持以目標(biāo)統(tǒng)領(lǐng)教學(xué),教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)要突出學(xué)生的中心地位,樹立“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想,緊緊圍繞學(xué)生身心和諧發(fā)展為主題,關(guān)注每位學(xué)生的健康成長。因此,在落實(shí)新課標(biāo)開展體育教學(xué)的過程中,重點(diǎn)著眼于課程資源的開發(fā)與利用,教學(xué)內(nèi)容選擇與改造,課程模式、教學(xué)方法運(yùn)用等方面,同時(shí)應(yīng)重視小學(xué)階段是各種運(yùn)動(dòng)能力提高的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期也是敏感期,特別是應(yīng)重視心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的提升與完善,有助于提高人的準(zhǔn)效性與人的綜合素質(zhì),有助于我國培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀競技人才,有助于提高從事特殊職業(yè)人群的工作效率,有助于提高普通人群適應(yīng)社會(huì)以及快速融入社會(huì)的能力,有助于精細(xì)化人才培養(yǎng)。黑龍江省學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測試數(shù)據(jù)顯示,心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力較差現(xiàn)象表現(xiàn)尤為突出。依據(jù)新課標(biāo)的具體要求,結(jié)合校學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的特征,依托哈爾濱市教委體教結(jié)合項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng),2016年9月——2017年1月,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法、測量法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等綜合方法,在哈爾濱市五所小學(xué)三年級體育教學(xué)中引入《趣味網(wǎng)球課程》,進(jìn)行了48學(xué)時(shí)的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,實(shí)驗(yàn)班與對照班的學(xué)生在速度、協(xié)調(diào)性、平衡能力、自控能力、速度耐力、柔韌性、力量測試樣本“T”檢驗(yàn),P0.01,具有非常顯著性差異;第二,心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力測量統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果分析表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)班對照班的學(xué)生在明尼蘇達(dá)操作速度測試、普渡木釘板測試配對樣本“T”檢驗(yàn),P0.01,具有非常顯著性差異;第三,實(shí)驗(yàn)班90%的學(xué)生對短式網(wǎng)球趣味教學(xué)與體育課程的融合滿意,而對照班62%的學(xué)生對正常的體育課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容不滿意,因此,實(shí)驗(yàn)班級的短式網(wǎng)球趣味教學(xué)效果要優(yōu)于對照班級的常規(guī)體育教學(xué)效果,改善了學(xué)生的心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和身心全面成長。因此建議:第一,我國應(yīng)注重心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的研究,國家教育部門或相關(guān)部門應(yīng)注重小學(xué)生心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的培養(yǎng);第二,學(xué)校應(yīng)積極推進(jìn)新一輪教學(xué)改革,采取體教結(jié)合方式,豐富體育課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)短式網(wǎng)球理論和教學(xué)方法的培訓(xùn)。第三,學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展需要學(xué)校和家庭的齊心協(xié)力,通過家長了解孩子的身心成長情況和學(xué)生心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的發(fā)展,來改善孩子的心理運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和身心全面成長。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum standard clearly points out that "physical Education and Health Curriculum" should be guided by objective teaching, teaching design should stress the central position of students, set up the guiding ideology of "health first", and closely revolve around the harmonious development of students' body and mind. Pay attention to the healthy growth of each student. Therefore, in the process of carrying out the new curriculum standard, we should focus on the development and utilization of curriculum resources, the selection and transformation of teaching contents, the course model, the application of teaching methods, etc. At the same time, attention should be paid to the key period and sensitive period of the improvement of sports ability in primary school, especially to the improvement and perfection of psychological sports ability, which will help to improve the quasi-effectiveness and comprehensive quality of people. It is helpful to train outstanding competitive talents in our country, to improve the working efficiency of the special professional people, to improve the ability of the ordinary people to adapt to the society and to quickly integrate into the society, and to train fine talents. The test data of students' physique and health in Heilongjiang Province showed that the phenomenon of poor psychomotor ability was particularly prominent. According to the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard, combined with the characteristics of the physical and mental development of the school students, relying on the Harbin Municipal Education Commission, physical education and education integration project started, from September 2016 to January 2017, the use of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment, measurement, This paper introduces "interesting Tennis course" into the third grade physical education teaching of five primary schools in Harbin by means of mathematical statistics and other comprehensive methods, and carries on the teaching experiment research of 48 hours. The results show that: first, there are significant differences in the speed, coordination, balance ability, self-control ability, speed endurance, flexibility, strength test sample "T" test between the experimental class and the control class (P0.01); Secondly, the statistical analysis of psychomotor ability test showed that there was a significant difference between the control class students in Minnesota operation speed test and the matched "T" test, P0.01; Third, 90% of the students in the experimental class are satisfied with the integration of the fun teaching of short tennis and the physical education curriculum, while 62% of the students in the control class are not satisfied with the normal physical education content. The effect of short tennis interest teaching in experimental class is better than that of conventional physical education teaching in control class, which improves the students' psychological sports ability and physical and mental growth. Therefore, the following suggestions should be made: first, our country should pay attention to the research of psychomotor ability, and the national education department or relevant departments should pay attention to the cultivation of pupils' psychomotor ability; Second, the school should actively promote the new round of teaching reform, adopt the combination of physical education and teaching, enrich the teaching content of physical education, and strengthen the training of short tennis theory and teaching methods. Thirdly, the students' physical and mental development needs the concerted efforts of the school and the family. Through the parents' understanding of the children's physical and mental growth and the development of the students' mental and motor ability, the students' mental and motor ability can be improved and the children's mental and physical comprehensive growth can be improved.
