【摘要】：目前我國小學(xué)少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)凸顯出活動(dòng)開展慣例化且意義缺失、形式工作壓制下活動(dòng)實(shí)施被動(dòng)化及活動(dòng)資源匱乏等問題。當(dāng)重新回歸少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)以隊(duì)員成長發(fā)展需要為主的旨?xì)w時(shí),考慮基于地方文化開發(fā)少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)的課程資源,挖掘地方文化中的人文歷史資源、自然環(huán)境資源及非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)資源對開發(fā)特色少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)的價(jià)值,以期達(dá)到均衡發(fā)展少先隊(duì)員知情意行的完整品行、穩(wěn)步提升輔導(dǎo)員開展少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)的綜合技能及豐富少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)開展途徑的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, the activities of the Young Pioneers in primary schools in our country highlight the problems of routine activities and lack of meaning, passive implementation of activities under the suppression of formal work and lack of resources. When returning to the objective of the Young Pioneers' activities which is mainly the needs of the players' growth and development, we should consider developing the curriculum resources of the Young Pioneers' activities based on the local culture, and excavate the humanistic and historical resources in the local culture. The value of natural resources and intangible cultural heritage resources to the development of characteristic Young Pioneers' activities, in order to achieve a balanced development of the complete character of the Young Pioneers' knowledge of love and intention, Steadily improve the comprehensive skills of counselors to carry out the Young Pioneers activities and enrich the Young Pioneers activities to carry out the purpose.
