【摘要】：體育素養(yǎng)指人們平時所習(xí)得的體育知識、技能,藉此而形成的正確的體育價值觀,以及正確的待人處事態(tài)度和方式等的復(fù)合性整體。體育素養(yǎng)的基本內(nèi)容包括:體育知識、體育意識、體育技能、體育個性、體育道德、體育行為六個方面。培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展小學(xué)生的身體和心理素質(zhì)是實施素質(zhì)教育的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),也是體育教學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,從體育知識、體育意識、體育技能等六方面對北京市八里莊小學(xué)學(xué)生體育素養(yǎng)的課堂培養(yǎng)過程進行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,并對教師在體育課堂上進行體育素養(yǎng)教育實施的過程進行課堂觀察記錄。結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀和觀察記錄,發(fā)現(xiàn)八里莊中心小學(xué)體育教師在體育素養(yǎng)課堂培養(yǎng)過程中存在一些問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了對策和建議。研究結(jié)果如下:1.學(xué)校的體育教學(xué)情況良好,表現(xiàn)在教學(xué)時數(shù)達(dá)到國家規(guī)定的要求。但是教學(xué)師資水平不高,教齡較短,職稱多為初級。2.教師對體育素養(yǎng)各方面的教育不均衡,重視體育知識、體育技能的教育且內(nèi)容豐富,但深度不夠。忽略體育意識、體育道德教育等內(nèi)隱性方面。體育意識教育態(tài)度積極,能夠區(qū)別對待培養(yǎng)體育個性,但專門性指導(dǎo)太少。3.實際教學(xué)中,多數(shù)教師能夠根據(jù)體育素養(yǎng)教育各方面的特點來選擇教育內(nèi)容、方法與手段且靈活運用、隨機應(yīng)變,但也存在方式單一、傳統(tǒng),教學(xué)時機不恰當(dāng)?shù)刃枰倪M和提高的地方。4.學(xué)生自身整體的體育素養(yǎng)水平越高,教育的進度越快,效果越好。
[Abstract]:Sports literacy refers to the physical knowledge, skills, and the correct sports values, as well as the correct attitude and way of dealing with people. The basic content of sports literacy includes six aspects: sports knowledge, sports consciousness, sports skills, sports personality, sports morality and sports behavior. Developing the physical and psychological quality of primary school students is the key link in the implementation of quality education, and it is also an important content of physical education. This article adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire survey, observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, from six aspects of sports knowledge, sports awareness, physical education skills and other aspects of the students' Physical Education in eight Li Zhuang primary schools in Beijing The present situation of the training process of the quality of the class is investigated, and the classroom observation records are carried out on the course of carrying out the physical education accomplishment education in the physical education class. In the light of the current situation and the observation records, it is found that there are some problems in the training process of physical education teachers in the eight Li Zhuang Central Primary School. On this basis, the countermeasures and construction are put forward. The results of the study are as follows: 1. the physical education in the school is in good condition, showing the number of teaching hours to meet the requirements of the state. But the level of teaching teachers is not high, the teaching age is short, the title of the junior.2. teachers is not equal to the education in all aspects of physical education, and the education and content of sports skills are abundant, but the depth is not enough. Sports consciousness, sports moral education and other hidden aspects. The attitude of sports consciousness education is positive and can be treated differently. But in the actual teaching of.3., most teachers can choose educational content, methods and means and flexibility, but also exist in the practical teaching of physical education. The higher the level of the physical quality of the local.4. students, the faster the education is, the better the effect is, in a single way, the tradition, the inappropriate teaching time, and so on.
