小學階段教育冷暴力現象的原因及對策研究

【摘要】:目前,隨著相關教育法律法規(guī)的實施與不斷完善,,教師對學生進行體罰等顯性暴力行為已經明令禁止,并且在中小學教育管理過程中取得很大成效。有關體罰或變相體罰等教育“硬暴力”現象越來越少。然而,在學校教育過程中卻存在著另一種教育現象——教育冷暴力。如今教師在教育過程中實施“冷暴力”的現象不斷出現在校園中,尤其是在小學教育教學過程中更是常見,但是卻一直沒能引起教育實踐者和社會各界的廣泛關注與足夠重視。已有的研究也大多停留在一些新聞報道、期刊等方面,而且都是零散的、表面的和粗略的,缺乏科學的理論依據和實際考察。本文具體研究小學階段的教育冷暴力現象,并重點研究產生這一現象的原因,而以往的研究范圍過于寬泛和籠統(tǒng),缺乏具體性和針對性。教育冷暴力的危害是長期的和多方面的,不但影響學生的健康成長,也影響教師個體的形象和教育者群體的整體形象。本研究主要是從小學階段教育冷暴力現狀出發(fā),對其產生的原因進行深入分析,并提出相應的預防策略。 本論文主要包括以下五個部分: 第一部分為緒論,主要闡述選題緣由、研究意義、研究方法、內容以及相關文獻綜述等。已有的研究靠單純枯燥的數據分析,沒能引起應有的關注。在本研究中,主要采用訪談法和案例分析法,通過長時間的實地觀察和訪談,搜集教育冷暴力具體案例,通過大量鮮活的素材,對教育冷暴力現象進行分析。在研究方法上,這也是本研究的創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分為小學階段教育冷暴力概念及相關概念內涵的界定。首先界定教育冷暴力概念及相關概念;其次闡述小學階段教育冷暴力的表現方式與影響。在本部分中,通過對已有研究的分析對比,“取其精華,去其糟粕”,其中不足之處也正是我在研究中所要認真思考的問題,通過自己的研究來彌補已有研究的缺陷。 第三部分闡述并分析小學階段教育冷暴力的現狀,主要是根據自己實際深入的訪談結果進行分析。由于理論知識欠缺和研究能力有限,對于現狀的分析存在一定難度,很多更深層次的問題需要挖掘。 第四部分對小學階段教育冷暴力現象進行歸因分析。本部分是論文的主要部分,結合教育學、心理學、社會學、教育管理學、教育社會學等領域的知識從教育者,教育對象,環(huán)境因素三個大的方面進行深層次分析。 第五部分提出減少和預防小學階段教育冷暴力的相應策略。教育冷暴力問題不只是單一的學校內部問題,而是一種復雜的社會問題。所以,解決小學教育冷暴力問題,需要長時期地依靠多方面力量的共同努力。
[Abstract]:At present, with the implementation and improvement of relevant education laws and regulations, teachers' explicit violence, such as corporal punishment to students, has been banned, and great achievements have been made in the process of primary and secondary education management. The more and less "hard violence" in education of corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment, however, exists in the process of school education. There is another kind of education phenomenon - cold violence. Nowadays, the phenomenon of "cold violence" in the course of education is constantly appearing on the campus, especially in the course of primary school education, but it has not been able to attract extensive attention and attention from the educational practitioners and all walks of life. In some news reports, periodicals and other aspects, they are scattered, superficial and rough, lack of scientific theoretical basis and practical investigation. This paper studies the phenomenon of cold violence in primary education, and focuses on the reasons for this phenomenon, while the previous research scope is too broad and general, lack of specificity and pertinence. The harm of cold violence in education is long-term and multifaceted, which not only affects the healthy growth of the students, but also affects the image of the teachers and the overall image of the educator group. This study is based on the current situation of cold violence in primary school education, analyzes the causes of it, and puts forward the corresponding prevention strategies.
This paper mainly includes the following five parts:
The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the origin of the topic, the significance of the research, the research methods, the content and the literature review. The existing research relies on the simple and boring data analysis, which can not cause the due attention. In this study, the main use of interview and case analysis, through long time field observation and interview, to collect the cold violence of Education Specific cases, through a large number of fresh material, to analyze the phenomenon of cold violence in education. In the research method, this is also the innovation of this research.
The second part is the definition of the concept of cold violence in primary education and the connotation of related concepts. First, the concept of cold violence in education and related concepts are defined; secondly, the expression and influence of cold violence in primary school education are expounded. In this part, through the analysis and comparison of the existing research, "take the essence and go to the dross", which is inadequacies. That is exactly what I want to think seriously in my research. I can make up for the defects of my research through my own research.
The third part expounds and analyzes the current situation of cold violence in primary school education. It is mainly based on the in-depth interview results of his own practice. Because of the lack of theoretical knowledge and limited research ability, it is difficult to analyze the current situation, and many deeper problems need to be excavated.
The fourth part is the attribution analysis of the cold violence in primary school education. This part is the main part of this paper. It combines education, psychology, sociology, education management, education sociology and other fields to make a deep analysis of the three aspects of the educators, the object of education and the environmental factors.
The fifth part puts forward the corresponding strategies to reduce and prevent cold violence in primary school education. The problem of cold violence in education is not only a single internal problem, but a complex social problem. Therefore, to solve the problem of cold violence in primary education, it is necessary to rely on the joint efforts of many forces for a long time.
