集體性體育游戲?qū)πW(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在研究分析小學(xué)生的生理、心理、習(xí)慣、行為等的基礎(chǔ)上,以章丘市普集鎮(zhèn)楊官小學(xué)五年級(jí)兩個(gè)班共88位學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,探討集體性體育游戲?qū)πW(xué)生的影響狀況并提出相應(yīng)建議。體育游戲的進(jìn)行往往需要組織內(nèi)的所有成員來(lái)共同完成,在游戲過(guò)程中的人際交往、社會(huì)適應(yīng)是必不可少的。小學(xué)階段需要加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)的培養(yǎng),有利于形成良好的性格,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的工作、學(xué)習(xí)以及與他人交往的能力。實(shí)驗(yàn)前對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談和觀察,對(duì)教師們進(jìn)行采訪,了解楊官小學(xué)五年級(jí)學(xué)生的集體意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力的總體情況。分析學(xué)生們參加集體性體育游戲的態(tài)度和熱情度,找到學(xué)生們的參與興趣點(diǎn),把這些發(fā)現(xiàn)逐漸量化到游戲教學(xué)過(guò)程中,為集體性體育游戲的順利開(kāi)展埋下伏筆。實(shí)驗(yàn)后把統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行橫向和縱向的比較分析。橫向比較指實(shí)驗(yàn)前實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組之間的比較分析?v向比較指實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組整體的、男生之間、女生之間、男生與女生之間的差異狀況,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在實(shí)驗(yàn)前整體的、男生之間、女生之間、男生與女生之間的差異狀況分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)章丘市普集鎮(zhèn)楊官小學(xué)學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)前的情感凝聚力水平較高,但是行為凝聚力、認(rèn)知凝聚力和團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力水平偏低。(2)通過(guò)集體性體育游戲的干預(yù),對(duì)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力水平有顯著性提高,尤其是對(duì)男生的影響效果更加明顯。(3)集體性體育游戲更能有效地調(diào)動(dòng)小學(xué)生的體育參與積極性。(4)男生與女生由于身心發(fā)展的差異性,因此對(duì)集體性體育游戲的參與程度不盡相同,所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的效果也不一樣。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the study and analysis of pupils' physiology, psychology, habits and behaviors, 88 students in two classes of grade five of Yangguan Primary School in Puji Town, Zhangqiu, were taken as the research objects. This paper probes into the influence of collective sports games on primary school students and puts forward corresponding suggestions. Sports games often need to be completed by all members of the organization. Social adaptation is essential in the process of games. In primary school, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of team consciousness, which is conducive to forming a good personality and promoting students' ability to work, learn and interact with others. The students were interviewed and observed before the experiment and the teachers were interviewed to understand the collective consciousness and the overall situation of team cohesion of the fifth grade students in Yangguan Primary School. This paper analyzes the attitude and enthusiasm of students to participate in collective sports games, finds out the interest points of students' participation, and quantifies these findings into the process of game teaching, thus laying the groundwork for the smooth development of collective sports games. After the experiment, the statistical data were compared and analyzed horizontally and longitudinally. Transverse comparison refers to the comparative analysis between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment. Longitudinal comparison refers to the differences between the experimental group and the control group as a whole, between boys and girls, between experimental groups before the experiment, between boys and girls, Analysis of the differences between boys and girls. The results showed that the students in Yangguan Primary School in Puji Town, Zhangqiu City, had a high level of emotional cohesion before the experiment, but the levels of behavioral cohesion, cognitive cohesion and team cohesion were low. The group sports games can effectively mobilize the students' enthusiasm for physical participation. 4) the difference between boys and girls due to their physical and mental development. Therefore, the participation of collective sports games is not the same, the effect is also different.
