北京市小學(xué)生籃球運球組合技能教學(xué)實驗的研究

【摘要】:近年來籃球運動廣泛的在我國中小學(xué)校園普及開展,并深受學(xué)生們的青睞。然而籃球技能種類繁多,技戰(zhàn)術(shù)相對復(fù)雜,對于基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)動作的規(guī)范性、專業(yè)性要求較高,我國籃球發(fā)展相對緩慢。因此,我國校園籃球發(fā)展也相對緩慢。小學(xué)生處于成長發(fā)育期,也是籃球技能學(xué)習(xí)的敏感期和關(guān)鍵期,為彌補目前小學(xué)籃球課程的不足,在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)籃球技能的敏感期,實施有效運動干預(yù),促進(jìn)學(xué)生掌握正確運動技能,開設(shè)適合學(xué)生生理和心理特點的籃球課程已成必然趨勢。本文以籃球運球組合技能教學(xué)實驗為研究對象,通過籃球組合技能教學(xué)與籃球單個技術(shù)教學(xué)進(jìn)行實驗對比,驗證兩種教學(xué)實驗對學(xué)生身體形態(tài)、身體素質(zhì)、籃球基本技能掌握的影響。通過問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,對比兩種教學(xué)對學(xué)生運動興趣的培養(yǎng)的影響。選取了北京市延慶區(qū)某小學(xué)中兩4年級行政班的60名學(xué)生為研究對象,進(jìn)行為期12周的教學(xué)實驗。并采取教學(xué)與研究相結(jié)合的形式,來完成組合技能教學(xué)與單個技術(shù)教學(xué)兩種教學(xué)的實驗探究。運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗對比法等研究方法,對兩種教學(xué)實驗前后學(xué)生的身體形態(tài)、身體素質(zhì)、籃球基本技能、籃球興趣培養(yǎng)等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論如下:1.實驗前后籃球運球組合技能教學(xué)與單個技能教學(xué)相比,對學(xué)生身體形態(tài)上的影響兩種教學(xué)基本不存在區(qū)別。2.實驗前后籃球運球組合技能教學(xué)與單個技能教學(xué)相比,對學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)上的影響兩種教學(xué)基本不存在區(qū)別。3.實驗前后籃球運球組合技能教學(xué)與單個技能教學(xué)相比,對學(xué)生籃球基本技能上的影響差別較大,組合技能教學(xué)對學(xué)生籃球基本技能的提高較為明顯,教學(xué)效果更好,尤其在原地和行進(jìn)間運球上表現(xiàn)的更為突出。4.籃球組合技能教學(xué)與單個技能教學(xué)相比,對學(xué)生籃球運動興趣培養(yǎng)方面的影響差別較大,組合技能教學(xué)對學(xué)生籃球興趣培養(yǎng)效果更加顯著。
[Abstract]:In recent years, basketball has been widely spread in primary and secondary schools in China, and it is favored by students. However, basketball skills are various, technical and tactical are relatively complex, and the standard and professional requirements for basic technical actions are high. The development of basketball in our country is relatively slow. Therefore, the development of basketball on campus in our country is relatively slow. Primary school students are in the period of growth and development, which is also the sensitive and critical period of learning basketball skills. In order to make up for the deficiency of basketball curriculum in primary school, In the sensitive period of students' learning basketball skills, effective sports intervention should be carried out to promote students to master correct sports skills. It has become an inevitable trend to set up basketball courses suitable for students' physiological and psychological characteristics. This paper takes the teaching experiment of basketball dribbling combination skills as the research object, and compares the teaching of basketball combination skills with that of basketball individual techniques. To verify the effects of the two teaching experiments on students' body shape, physical fitness and basic basketball skills. Comparing the influence of two kinds of teaching on the cultivation of students' sports interest, 60 students in the second grade administrative class of a primary school in Yanqing district of Beijing were selected as the research objects. A 12-week teaching experiment was carried out, and the combination of teaching and research was adopted to complete the experimental exploration of combination skill teaching and single technology teaching. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the students' body shape, physical fitness, basketball basic skills, basketball interest cultivation and so on before and after the two kinds of teaching experiments. The relevant conclusions are as follows: 1. The teaching of basketball dribbling combination skills before and after the experiment is compared with that of single skill teaching. There is no difference between the two kinds of teaching. 2. The teaching of basketball dribbling combination skill is compared with that of single skill teaching before and after the experiment. There is no difference between the two kinds of teaching before and after the experiment. Compared with the teaching of single skill, the influence of the combination skill teaching on the basic basketball skill of students is greater than that of the single skill teaching before and after the experiment. The teaching of combination skill is more obvious to improve the basic skill of basketball, and the teaching effect is better, especially on dribbling in situ and in progress. 4. Compared with the teaching of single skill, the teaching of combination skill of basketball is more prominent than the teaching of single skill. The influence on the cultivation of students' interest in basketball is quite different, and the effect of combination skill teaching on the cultivation of students' interest in basketball is more remarkable.
