【摘要】：我國的音樂教育水平在近些年來已出現(xiàn)了可喜的發(fā)展勢頭,在思想觀念上的轉(zhuǎn)變、資金的投入、人才的引進(jìn)、學(xué)歷的要求、校舍的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)等方面有了很大的發(fā)展。但是,與國外的特別是西方音樂教育相比,總體水平還是有一定的距離。音樂作為一門獨特的藝術(shù)門類能給人心靈帶來潛移默化的影響及其極大的鼓舞和信心,陶冶我們的情操的同時也使我們的生活變得豐富多彩。伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,音樂教育的總體水平也在不斷提高,2001版《音樂課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》試行以及2011版實施以來,小學(xué)音樂教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀確實有了很大改進(jìn)與提高,這主要體現(xiàn)在:小學(xué)音樂課堂教學(xué)的規(guī)范化;教學(xué)內(nèi)容和形式的多樣化;教學(xué)方法的多元化;課堂教學(xué)以人為本,注重學(xué)生發(fā)展等。山東省各縣市區(qū)雖然在國家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的框架下積極做著改進(jìn)工作,但在實際的教學(xué)設(shè)備的投入、師資力量的配備、教學(xué)經(jīng)費的保障等方面,各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度存在較大的差距。濟寧市魚臺縣當(dāng)下也在積極推行新課程的改革工作,對小學(xué)的音樂教學(xué)設(shè)備的投入、師資力量的引進(jìn)等工作都比以前加大了力度,特別是魚臺縣的小學(xué)音樂教學(xué)較以前呈現(xiàn)了可喜的大好局面。由于這里的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡的緣故,城市的學(xué)校和鄉(xiāng)里、村里的完小學(xué)校設(shè)備的經(jīng)費投入、教師的配備等都出現(xiàn)了較大的差異。因此,把魚臺縣作為本文研究對象,在魚臺縣的二十多所小學(xué)中隨機選取十二所小學(xué)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并采用訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實地考察法、以及統(tǒng)計學(xué)的比較分析法等手段對這十二所小學(xué)的音樂教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,結(jié)果進(jìn)行分類、整理、研究分析,對唱歌課、欣賞課、器樂以及音樂課外活動(各種社團)等有關(guān)音樂的教學(xué)活動中存在的不足進(jìn)行歸類整理,再從教師的角度、設(shè)備和教材、學(xué)生、音樂老師教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)觀念、家長對音樂課的看法等多方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,找出魚臺縣小學(xué)音樂教學(xué)存在的主要問題:素質(zhì)教育理念理解有偏差、基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對小學(xué)音樂課重視程度不足、音樂教師水平有待提高、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)音樂積極性不高、音樂教學(xué)資源不均衡。進(jìn)而找出解決這些問題行之有效的對策:更新音樂素質(zhì)教育理念、重視音樂教學(xué)以美育人、實行音樂師資請進(jìn)來走出去的政策提高師資水平、改進(jìn)音樂教學(xué)方法提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性、加大音樂教育經(jīng)費投入。希望對音樂教育工作者有一定的幫助,改進(jìn)音樂教學(xué)工作。為有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在今后的音樂教育決策上提出一點點建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of music education in our country has shown gratifying momentum of development. Great progress has been made in the transformation of ideas and concepts, the investment of funds, the introduction of talents, the requirements of academic qualifications, the standardization of school buildings, and so on. Compared with foreign music education, especially western music education, there is still a certain distance between the overall level. As a unique art category, music can bring a subtle influence to the soul and great inspiration and confidence. With the rapid economic development of our country, the overall level of music education has been continuously improving since the implementation of the 2001 edition of Music Curriculum Standards and the implementation of the 2011 edition. The present situation of music teaching in primary schools has been greatly improved, which is mainly reflected in the standardization of music classroom teaching in primary schools, the diversification of teaching contents and forms, the diversification of teaching methods, the humanism of classroom teaching, Pay attention to the development of students and so on. Although the counties and municipalities of Shandong Province are actively doing improvement work within the framework of the national curriculum standards, they are actively engaged in the investment of actual teaching equipment, the allocation of teachers' strength, the guarantee of teaching funds, and so on. There is a big gap between the attention of leaders at all levels. At present, Yutai County, Jining City, is also actively carrying out the reform of the new curriculum. The investment in music teaching equipment in primary schools, the introduction of teachers, and so on, have all increased their efforts than before. In particular, the music teaching in primary schools in Yutai County has presented a gratifying and excellent situation. Due to the imbalance in economic development here, funds have been invested in the equipment of the primary schools in the cities and villages and in the villages. Therefore, taking Yutai County as the object of this study, 12 primary schools were randomly selected in more than 20 primary schools in Yutai County for investigation, and interviews, questionnaires and field visits were used. As well as statistical comparative analysis and other means of music teaching in these 12 primary schools to investigate the current situation, the results of classification, sorting, research and analysis, singing classes, appreciation classes, The defects in music teaching activities, such as instrumental music and extracurricular music activities (various associations), are classified and sorted out, and then the teaching methods and teaching concepts of teachers, equipment and teaching materials, students, music teachers, etc., are sorted out. The views of parents on music lessons are systematically analyzed, and the main problems in music teaching in primary schools in Yutai County are found out: the misunderstandings of quality education concepts, the insufficient attention paid by grass-roots leaders to music lessons in primary schools, and so on. The level of music teachers needs to be improved, students' enthusiasm for learning music is not high, and the resources of music teaching are not balanced. Then, the effective countermeasures to solve these problems are found: renewing the concept of music quality education, attaching importance to music teaching and aesthetic education. Implement the policy of inviting music teachers to come in and go out, improve the level of teachers, improve the methods of music teaching, improve students' enthusiasm for learning, and increase the expenditure on music education. I hope it will be of some help to music educators. To improve the music teaching work. To provide some suggestions for the leaders in the future music education decisions.
