關(guān)注教師教學(xué)信念發(fā)展

【摘要】:正教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性和必要性已經(jīng)得到普遍認(rèn)同,目前需要深入研究的是究竟如何實(shí)現(xiàn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,并將教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展從關(guān)注外顯的行為表現(xiàn)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)隱的教師思考、教師信念等方面的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The importance and necessity of the professional development of teachers have been generally recognized. At present, what needs to be studied in depth is how to realize the professional development of teachers. And the professional development of teachers from paying attention to explicit behavior gradually to implicit teacher thinking, teacher beliefs and other aspects of sustainable development.
